"We visited the hilltop caffe today on our way to home from our boots vacation, there were of us. the staff was really nice and helpful and eating was wonderful infact each of us said we never had a better breakfast. as we. a so big party, we were also delivered, which was very unexpected, as we left my grand, a package of sweets was given for the trip to home so a beautiful thought. I would definitely recommend this caffe and will always make it our vacation. we come to wroxham to take each year boats and will always stop here on the way to home. beautiful caffe, nice eating, beautiful people. annette"

"Visited for family birthday meal, it was absolutely awful, mega slow service, waited over an hour for food when there were no more than 5 tables in the restaurant. Asked for a kids menu and the waitress responded with ‘I don’t know if we have a kids menu’ what pub doesn’t have a kids menu. Shared the Nachos for a starter, honestly they were disgusting.. Mains arrived after an age, we ordered a range of different items, pie of the day, which you could put through a window it was so hard, chicken burger looked a complete mess, and my fish chips were dripping in oil. All of use felt sick the next day. Up there with one of the worst meals I’ve had, and it’s not cheap either. Won’t be returning. Shocking attempt of a pub, also the owner/manager was loitering at the table as we were leaving with made us feel very uncomfortable. Overall. Shocking."

"I work not far from The Terrace, and I've visited a few times for lunch. Decided to take my wife there for a little Friday lunchtime treat. This place never fails to impress. Great quality, great value, wonderful friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. Don't be put off by the business park address; it's a little oasis of calm. A real gem!"

"Lovely waitresses, excellent service and food came out at a great pace. Marinated chicken starter was delicious, followed by the roast beef which was outstanding. Beautiful decor and a nice beer garden, would highly recommend this place!….. Adding Carlsberg to draught wouldn’t hurt though :"

"Had an unplanned lunch here today. Great views from the outside tables and the food was really good. We had a chicken burger and a pork, apple brie burger. Could have easily stayed here all afternoon. Good food, lovely locations and friendly staff. An excellent combination"

"Had Sunday lunch here. An idyllic setting, very English with a village green and even a small brass ensemble to accompany our fine lunch and quality ales! All served in an easy going manner by pleasant and helpful staff. Very good."

"Met by a sign saying ‘No Cash Payment’ another saying ‘Wait to be seated’ but no one approached us, so as we had booked, we had to ask at the bar. My flatbread was hard inedible, no presentation. The whole place needs a refurb, sticky tables, worn seating, toilets disgusting etc. Table service just ok, not friendly, so won’t be back."
