"Soup base was really nice, I got spicy beef and YES it was very spicy! Also had a great selection of sides to add to your mini pot, and the other good thing is that it is a buffet + $30pp is a very good price. <br>
Down side - staff was SO rude and inattentive, they were all just standing behind the counter chatting amongst themselves."

"The place is one of the new restaurants located on the ground floor of the new Emerald Square development near Burwood Plaza. I popped in for lunch on a Thursday and it was fairly busy but the restaurant is quite large with enough tables and chairs. I ordered the Pork Mince and Noodles at the counter and it took less than 5 minutes for them to bring them to my table. The noodles were perfectly cooked with a perfect chewy texture. This place isn't for the faint hearted with a decent amount of chilli in every dish. With all the new restaurant openings in Burwood I would recommend adding Chongqing Street Noodle to the list of places to visit."

"why would you get 3 people to sit on a table for two and move them but already call a table for 5 and just leave them hanging WITHOUT SORRY OR LETTING THEM KNOW. no communication what so ever. makes me annoyed that they just walk around and avoid eye contact and hope no one would say anything. <br>

overall the food was great and prices are decent but the customer service needs a bit of work ????"

"I came here at 8th September for dinner with Jiezi Zhang <span><a class="at-tags at-tags-35004881" href="https://www.zomato.com/pt/users/zhang-yue-35004881">Zhang Yue</a></span>. All the food were great. The entree was a chicken. Dessert was steamed bun. The main course was a spicy and chill fish, which wasn't too much for 3 people. It should be enough for a couple and two people. I wouldn't recommend it if you can't be tolerant spicy and oily food."

"Had dinner here on Saturday night with my family. We had the mixed seafood and mixed meat plate. This dish consisted of: mussells, calamari, fries, perch fillet, prawns and steak. All of the items above were cooked well and tasted delicious. The place is obviously very popular by the number of people who frequent this joint every hour. This place was packed the whole time. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. Our food arrived within 30 minutes, despite the busy atmosphere of the cafe. Overall, I highly recommend everyone to try this place."
