"From Blue Jeans to Sunday best it's the place for a big, hearty meal. We usually have the Hamburger steak and eggs platter and a Skillet for Breakfast/Brunch. The homemade soups, liver and onions, perogies and big burgers fill you up for the whole day....Always see interesting people there and it's a local Best Bet Worth looking for if you're in town and you will not be disappointed. Ask anyone where's the Log House and stop in for a really good meal. Coffee keeps coming and the service is friendly. Rustic, Truck Stop atmosphere...It's all about the food..EH!"

"As we were staying at the resort we thought let’s give the dining room a try. The breakfast had been excellent. However the chef in the evening did not know about taste. My wife’s meal was very bland and the fish undercooked. Service was ok,...although not interested in the partly eaten meal. We won’t eat here again."

"The weather was wet and windy when we ate dinner here but as all rooms face the sea I'm sure on a good weather day the view would be wonderful from the restaurant too. It is an intimate restaurant on 2 levels with a bar on the top level (just a few steps up). I had the halibut and my husband linguine pescatore and both were very good. We shared a 1/2 litre carafe of wine and all in all the meal was enjoyable and not overly expensive."
