"Sadly, although is a beautiful place and food is amazing one of the WORSE service we had ever experienced. Our dinner waitress Berenice tried her best but the rest of the waiters including the floor manager ruined our experience. Every time we asked for a glass of water/hot sauce/ bread and even the check they ignored us. Many of our empty dishes i had to put myself on the side table. Such a shame for such a beautiful place."

"The experience i had here was so bad that completely ruined our trip. We waited 30 min for them to bring the pastries that were already baked in the counter and to change the coffee from the cup to a takeaway cup. They took so long that we had to take our breakfast to go as we were late for the flight. Because we couldn’t take drinks beyond the x-ray part, we had to swallow the coffee all at once. Furthermore, the cinnamon roll had NO cinnamon and was the worst one we ever had. The cake was grassy and full of butter also. I have never been in such a TERRIBLE cafeteria. This place should close its doors as it doesnt provide any service at all, when in fact they provide a disservice"
