"Loved the refurbishment which makes it look cleaner, more spacious and modern. Even on a cold winters night the ambience is lovely and on a sunny day the balcony would be great. THe food is excellent and varied. The service friendly and helpful. The winter lunchtime special of two courses and glass of wine for $25 is excellent value. Love the place and shall return."

"The burgers here were excellent. I had a lamb burger that was perfectly cooked and very juicy. My girlfriend had a cheeseburger that she also said was quite good. The fried were excellent and you can order them with any number of seasonings, including chicken salt (yummy). The place is casual (and inexpensive) but can get quite crowded. The only thing I would warn you about is the owner's (man at the counter) short temper, especially for non-English speaking guests. If you are quick and concise he is all aglow but, it you stumble, he will stomp on you like the soup Nazi (No Burger for You!). So, order these excellent burgers and move along..."
