"My wife and I were in the mood for some fish for dinner and didn’t want to drive beachside so we gave this location of Bonefish Grill a try. We have lived here in Daytona a little 3 years but hadn’t tried yet as we have been trying all the local restaurants (and there are so many). It was a stormy night so when we arrived around 6:00pm, there were only a handful of tables occupied and few patrons at the bar so we were hopeful that it was not a bad sign. Thankfully, it wasn’t and we had a very good meal! It was still Happy Hour so my wife ordered a blueberry lemon-drop martini and I got the blueberry sangria while we looked over the regular and a pretty extensive specials menu. The server brought some of the yummy bread (we had forgotten how much we liked the bread there) and pesto – olive oil dipping sauce that we noshed on. We started with the popular bang-bang shrimp and it was so tasty. We split one house salad (as an addon to an entrée) and it was very good. My wife had the blackened shrimp with Mexican street corn (and the portion size for the corn was huge) from the specials menu and really enjoyed. She brought half of it home for lunch the next day. I ordered the special fish of the day which was swordfish that was topped with spinach, artichoke hearts, and a nice sauce. For my 2 sides, I got the jasmine rice (tasty) and the upgraded side (extra charge) kung-po Brussel sprouts that were FANTASTIC! We had no room for dessert and were very satiated. Also, our server Casey was very efficient and friendly and earned herself a nice tip. We will have to add Bonefish into our rotation of places for dinner and also remember they are open for lunch."

"The Hotel (12) floors is outstanding with an indoor heated pool and 2 hot tub's. Out doors they have a heated pool and kiddie pool heated complete with tall cement trees and water streaming down plus fountains shooting into pool sporadically so you get surprised when they squirt you. The ocean is directly in front of you about 10' thru the gate. THE RESTAURANT BREAKFAST IS ABOUT 7 DOLLARS, UNBELIEVELY CHEAP SITTING INSIDE LOOKING AT AN INCREDIBLE VIEW. DID I mention the tiki bar with excellent food and drinks outside between the 3 pools and just feet from the ocean. If it's raining, summer or winter this Daytona Beach Resort And conference center has you covered , even with a sauna and outstanding front desk folks who's aim is to make your life as comfortable"

"The pros: food is usually good. I prefer their salmon and my husband picks the fish and chips or fish tacos. The cons: I like to go to this place for the views of the ocean. For some reason the last three four times we ate here we were denied the table by the window. If you are in the area and want some ok seafood with amazing views then stop by but if you are like us and drive one hour for the view just to be crammed in the middle of the restaurant than save yourself the trip. Last time we had lunch the entire section near the windows was not used and all patrons were seated in the middle of the restaurant. We were told they would not open the section near the windows until the afternoon."

"We eat here often. Everything is always great and cooked to perfection. And the biscuits are the best in town by far. And the burgers are the bomb also. Salty Dog and I boondock across Florida in the winter and this is number 1 on our list when in Daytona. Thank you Patty and the ladies that take care of us when we visit. GOT EGGS. LOL ???"
