"Not being from the area we were literally passing trade looking for somewhere to eat. Pulled in and was a bit sceptical at first as it was not that busy for a Saturday lunch time. How wrong i was. Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent, very good quality and superb value for money. The manager came over to introduce himself as he had not seen us in before so they must know their customers well and must get regular trade. We would definitely go back if in the area again. Just cant understand why it was not packed at that time of day. I have selected Cheap eats as the category as the price was good but definitely would not describe the food quality as cheap."

"Definitly the best burger I've ever had, fries were lovely too. We had a table of 9 for my son's birthday. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mohamed who truly went the extra mile for us all. He made the visit special for my whole family, nothing was too much trouble, running around after us all making sure everything was ok as we had a few allergies. He said to us all if you need anything shout Mohamed and I will come straight away and help, anything it's no problem. What can you say to that?? Absolutely amazing service! Bless you Mohamed for all you did for my family."

"Had the king's shoes that had the best ever had, nabeby had black pfeffer huhn said best ever had and agreed fresh rice, best crispy chips, sister cerl had ripening, satay huh and we shared a happy meal and act, got free bottle koks, lucky cookies and cracker best was hard on night."

"The food is presented well and eatable however has no wow factor once you start eating. The Pan Fried chicken was dry and did not appear to be fresh cooked more like warmed up in it's sauce. Featherblade of steak was okay.. but just nothing out the ordinary. Cutlery was a little blunt also. Drinks are expensive."

"Went for dinner last night. The restaurant...and the hotel...is a shadow of its former self with skeleton staff and the staff who did attend were the dedicated few. Basically, this place is being run down by its owner which is a crying shame as it has a wonderful history and is in a prime location in historic Derby city centre. A real disappointment. Hope it can be turned around. Well done to Gemma and Tyrone who were on duty last night, who did their best for us under difficult circumstances. Don't know who the chef was but she did not meet our expectations, sorry."

"I came here tonight with my sisters and niece and had a great time watching the England match. Customer service was fantastic, food was very nice, plenty of sheesha flavours to choose from. Desserts were very nice too. Prices are good and not over priced. My niece was sick outside nit feeling well and we was given water and plenty of tissues. Service was there from statt to finish. Thank you. Can not wait to visit again."
