"Taste of Tibet in Sidhpur, Dharamshala, offers a unique blend of Tibetan atmosphere and delicious Chinese cuisine. While the music may stray from traditional Tibetan tunes, the ambiance definitely transports you to the Himalayas. Nestled near Norbulinka Institute, the restaurant boasts a vast menu that caters to all appetites, from breakfast to dinner. I've personally explored both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options on their menu, and I can confidently say there's something for everyone. Their vegetable platter, while decent overall, could benefit from fresher fried veggies. However, the momos and spring rolls, both ordered separately and as part of the platter, were absolute showstoppers! On the non-vegetarian side, the chicken momos truly shined. Made with fresh chicken, a rarity in even high-end establishments, they were bursting with flavor. Unfortunately, the thukpa fell short, lacking the depth and richness I expected. It felt more like plain water, necessitating some personal adjustments. Additionally, the lack of shakes during my visit left me settling for a simple Pepsi, albeit the classic glass-bottle Lehar variety. Despite its somewhat secluded location, Taste of Tibet's charm manages to attract tourists from far and wide. I myself witnessed visitors from different states enjoying their meals on my last visit. The bright green walls evoke a sense of Tibetan tradition, and while an outdoor seating area would be a lovely addition, the breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar mountains, even if just glimpsed from inside, create a truly magical atmosphere. Overall, Taste of Tibet is a solid choice for a delicious and immersive Tibetan food experience in Dharamshala. While a few misses like the bland thukpa and limited beverage options exist, the fresh ingredients, flavorful momos, and charming ambiance make it a worthwhile destination for foodies and travellers alike. I certainly recommend it for a satisfying meal and a taste of Tibetan culture in the heart of the Himalayas. "Music is consistently way too loud. Can’t have a proper conversation or study or work there. Otherwise the space is beautiful, food is good, staff is friendly. If you can please keep the music in low volume only then I think more people will come and enjoy. Definitely I will return if music volume is lowered. Thank you!"

"A lovely place! The institute was very well maintained, had a nice doll museum and a beautiful temple. Its a great place with a peaceful temple. One can see various craft workshops in progress like wood carving, wood painting, metal sculpture, thanka painting etc. Normally they would take in students for training but not now, due to the pandemic. They have a shop also, though overpriced. I loved the temple here and the vibes. One can sit here quietly and meditate. It also has a cafe, which was quite decent. Overall, the vibe of this place is very positive and refreshing, with water fountains flowing around."

This is located in Chilgari and is a part of 'Blossom Village Resort 's(I think it 's quite famous and I don 't think location would be a problem . If you 're thinking that I 'm exaggerating a bit, then do visit it and you 'll get the proof<br/ <br/ *Ambiance/Interior/Hospitality*<br/ This place has its own aura of attracting people from around the corner, be it for food, for stay, or for just chilling out here in this cafe. Ambiance is what you get as soon as you enter this place. Apart from this cafe, this resort gives you a natural vibe all throughout your journey. Just imagine a place where the natural waterfall is flowingby your side, the sound of the water flowing from one end to the other with soft music by your side, the view of the Mountains covered with snow and all darkness, Isn 't this a perfect beauty? Yeah, right! The staffs are so welcoming that you 'll not miss your home for a second, whatever you ask for, you 'll get it on your table without any complaint. The best part is that they don 't use any kind of plastic items while serving, which is a plus point for sure<br/ <br/ *Quality/Quantity of food*<br/ I was there for three days and I never felt a single second that I need to complain for anything. Everything is so perfect that I didn 't had any problem during my stay. The food 's quality yet the quantities are way better than what the other cafe 's are serving.
