"The type is somewhat rude. if they don't like their job, they don't take it on customers. I asked for a change for a $5 for the massage chairs, but he flat out didn't say away from me, so I asked if I could order something first so I could change again. dude scrubbed his shoulders and didn't look back even though he heard me. so he refused not only to give me change (which was in order), but now he refused to serve me. I didn't want to use the massage chairs anymore because they were so close to this load and I didn't want to look at him anymore."

"Love the food and personal service!! The prices are very reasonable and Nella goes out of her way to please you. It’s way more than a pizzeria in my opinion it should be Bella’s Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria because so much more than pizza. My husband and I absolutely love going to Bella La Pizzeria so much that we have gone 3 4 times a month over the past several years. Now that we moved out of state we can’t go as often as we did but whenever we are in the area we come to enjoy the made to order dishes and friendly service from our dear friends Nella and Pino. It really is like coming home to family. We have tried just about everything on the menu and have some personal favorites, of which I posted pictures. We really like that it’s a BYOB restaurant!! Everything is delicious from the bruschetta and home made rolls, salad, appetizers, pizza, entrees, cappuccino and espresso and desserts (try the homemade cannolis) you just can’t go wrong. It’s also a casual, take your time kinda place that will soon become your favorite place to go. I can’t forget to mention the cozy ambiance with music by Frank Sinatra playing in the background. Don’t forget Pino’s famous garlic thin crust pie—it’s fabulous, we highly recommend it!!! I also had a private lunch there that was made very special for a very special group of hardworking ladies that volunteer full time. Thanks so much Nella, Pino and Karen for all the fabulous food and service over the years!!!"

"The first time in this place. A friend for lunch. Very clean and staff are polite and smiling. The food was delicious. You mush try the Roti Curry for appetizers his different and so good. I had kao pao chickens with veggie fried rice. Perfect part for lunch with a soup. I enjoyed sitting there and eating. My friend went a few times and she insisted on coming. Good thing I left. The next day got fried chicken wings and veggie roasted rice for my son and he loved it too. He's a very picky eater. He found an Asian food at home for him in the east brunswick when I had to go to Brooklyn to get him Asian food when we introduced her a yr. Follow my videos on youtube. Sumalena's kitchen"

"Food was good. Overall, a bit pricey. I'm not used to having to pay for more bread. Also, no regular water, so you are forced to buy bottled water/ juice/ soda. The restroom is only accessible through the back of the restaurant; meaning, you have to leave the restaurant walk to the back of it to use the restroom. For me, this is a big inconvenience.I miss the old Koy at its old location."

"I’ve been going to this location since it opened, but have to say that it is going downhill. Today I ordered 2 platters for lunch and the rice just did not taste right. I don’t know if it was last nights rice or last weeks, but I ended up throwing it all out. I tried to call many times to give them a heads-up, but they never picked up.Not planning to go back for a while because of this bad experience.-I hope I don’t get sick!!!"
