"Durch das besondere Klima in Unterkärnten ist der Klopeinersee der wärmste größere Badesee Kärntens. Man kann gefahrlos schwimmen, es gibt keine Motorboote außer der Wasserrettung und der Polizei. Surfen kann man bei wenig Wind gut erlernen, für Freaks ist im allgemeinen zu wenig Wind. Stand-Up-Paddling und Tretbootfahren wird angeboten. Man kann den See in gut einer Stunde zu Fuß umrunden (5,4 km) und hat dabei teilweise einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die dahinter liegenden Berge. Von Wien und Graz ist der Klopeinersee der erste über die A2 erreichbare See (Exit 278 Völkermarkt Ost). Für mich seit vielen Jahren der beste See zu jeder Jahreszeit."

"Pasticceria bella situata nel centro di Eberndorf (Carinzia) dove abbiamo preso un buonissimo latte macchiato e dove abbiamo mangiato il "chremeschnitt", dolce tipico sloveno trovato in Austria!!"

"We just came to eat, as there was no more space in the hotel. as an appetizer we had the spicy cha that were really very good! as a main dish I had the Wiener harmony (wiener schnitzel) with kartoffelsalat and extra pommes, unfortunately I didn't find that well. above the carving was a sauce and it did not taste for me after carving. also the potato salad was not mine. my friend had the meatless bbq that we both found good!"
