"A new to us restaurant in Edgewater I read about somewhere. The place is nice and open and even though it's in a strip mall (Trader Joe's is there) its a cute little place. The food was really good. Babaganoush was nice and salad was apparently good too. The star of dinner was the grilled octopus. Delicious! If we are down in that area again would definitely go there. Nice servers and the owner was also there. Best of luck to him!"

"The food was very good. That was the only positive. Main dishes came before we finished our appetizers. It was noisy, cold/drafty from the front door being held open, and the server was really terrible. She did apologize but that doesn’t really help. Parking is poor also. One other picky note is that the plates/dishes reminded me of a cafeteria thick, white, scratched up for the prices I would expect better."

"Came here for restaurant week, ended up ordering from the main menu. The oysters were on point! The short ribs were incredible-tender, well dressed but not overdressed, vegetables were sautéed just right. I couldn't finish it all there! Views were gorgeous at night. Wait staff was patient and helpful. 10/10 recommend."

"All of their food is amazing, haven?t had anything from here that wasn?t absolutely delicious. The brisket is one of the best things I?ve eaten, like ever. It is tender, juicy, well seasoned and melts in your mouth. Good prices, great food, and nice people."

"Konjo never fails to disappoint. We need more cultured food in America and this is it. The bowl on the right is the entire vegan menu. Sambusa on the left, not sure if that is vegan, you may want to ask. Ask for extra Injera as you have more chances to wrap your food. And if you are vegan order the combo and suggest all 4 items, as you have a choice of three, but the four makes it a lot more worthwhile.Vegetarian options: There are some good vegan options on this menu."

"Was doing some overnight work a couple different times. So, I'd got a room twice so I'd have a place to catch a little sleep the next morning. Both times I asked for a late check-out. No problem I was told, 2:00PM checkout. Except it was a problem....twice!! First time housekeeping knocked on the door around 11AM. I called the front desk and asked why I was being disturbed. At this point I was on 4 hrs sleep in 36 hrs. Really disturbed me. Now, the second time, again, had a 2:00PM checkout. Front desk calls at 11:05.. When are you planning to check out? Now I'm livid!! By the time it was over with, I'd had words with the guy manning the front desk and the manager.Now, I get an email saying... unfortunately we would not be able to accommodate you in the future ...Guess they're OK with how this all went down.Whatever you do.....read more of the reviews. Seems I'm not alone in some of these issues"
