"We enjoyed the family excursion from the spa town of Bad Wörishofen to the Gourmet Sundays-BRUNCH to Fürstenfeldbruck. Through a larger table group it was a bit loud, but the lovingly prepared buffet with the freshly prepared dishes in best quality convinced us. First we were warmly welcomed with a glass of champagne. But on request you can also choose between different BIO fruit juices, coffee or tea to the croissants. Fresh water included. The quality of the wines was also very appealing. For the 2nd breakfast we wounded mainly the small white sausages with spicy liqueurs. Or freshly prepared egg dishes, fresh cereals or fruit. Various delicious appetizers and a delicious curry cream soup made us the choice hard. Various main dishes were then ready to choose: Kalbsgulasch, salmon cuts with Asian vegetables, nutpeet, parsley potatoes and Peperoni ravioli with tomato sauce. In addition to a juicy veal, freshly served, delicious fragrant farmers were offered at the buffet. As dessert, various delicacies were prepared from their own confectionery. ."

"I took a late dinner with one friend at Vierwasser Restaurant.The staff was friendly and kind and the food was very taste and good looking. Also the beer at the draft was a plus. When i will come back in Furstenfeldbruck i will definitely go again at this Restaurant."

"Waren gestern zum ersten mal dort essen und sind ziemlich enttäuscht. Hatten eine Pizza Tonno mit Sardellen und Spaghetti Gambas.Nun die Pizza hatte ca. 32cm Durchmesser und war vom Teig her genau richtig und war auf den ersten Blick gut belegt. Was allerdings mehr oder weniger fehlte war der Tonno (Thunfisch) und die Sardellen. Dafür war die Pizza reichlich mit RucolaSalat bedeckt. Darunter fand man vereinzelt Thunfisch. Noch sparsamer waren die Sardellen auf dem ca. 32cm verteilt. Ganze 3 Kleine Sardellen waren verteilt. Nun zu den Spagetti mit Gambas. Was kennt man so aus anderen Lokalen ? Einen schön angerichteten Teller mit Pasta und mehreren großen Garnelen (Gambas). Hier weit gefehlt. Der Teller hatte die Größe eines üblicherweise als Beilagensalat verwendeten Tellers. Anrichtung eher so wie bei der Bundeswehr und Gambas ... Ja waren vorhanden ... Allerdings erinnerten eher an kleingeschnittenen Krabben aus der Nordsee Fischhalle. Auf unsere Reklamation bekamen wir zur Antwort "wir scheiden unsere Garnelen klein, eher so als Ragout, das ist unser Konzept" ... Garnelen als Ragout ???? Das ist ja ein Frevel an dem Lebensmittel. Und auch geschmacklich fehlte jegliche Form. Also zusammengefasst Spaghetti mit kleingeschnittenen Garnelen und Ragoutform ... 12€Pizza Tonno mit Sardellen eher Rucola mit etwas Thunfisch und zufälliger hinein verirrten Sardellen. .. 10€Beide Gerichte waren sehr stark Kostenoptimiert und Gewinnmaximiert zubereitet. Das scheint in diesem Lokal die generelle Linie zu sein."
