"Excellent service and a delicious meal. Jalapeño au gratin potatoes were so delicious. I am a new wine drinker and our server was well trained on the wines listed and recommended a few options for me, of which I really liked to end. The atmosphere is beautiful and we really enjoyed our dinner there."

"My first visit here but not my last by far. Everything was a 10. I was actually shocked at the high quality and quantity of food served for luncheon. Unbelievable quality food. The oysters cooked to perfection (oysters are 7 of the 9 major food groups so I take them seriously), the fries crispy and the Cole Slaw was magical. I NEVER EAT HUSH PUPPIES. They are always greasy and not good. These were wonderful and I will always order them. The ice tea was so good without all the chlorine water taste so many city restaurants serve. An 11 on a scale of 10. Perfection in Gainesville. My ONLY seafood restaurant from now on."

"Well run, friendly and efficient. I had the brisket sandwich, excellent with chimichurri. Portions are ok, prices a bit high for what you get. Brunswick stew is excellent."

"The service was speedy and the food was really good. I ordered a BLT and my spouse ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The BLT was absolutely delicious, and I had been craving one. The burger was also delicious. I had a vanilla shake for dessert and it arrived with whipped cream and a cherry on top. It lasted the whole way home. With plenty of spots to park and easy access right off 39th, Sonic drive in is an excellent stop for a tasty summer treat."

"This place was a piece of heaven after we visited. our waiter was incredibly nice, super knowledgeable and so attentive. he would be at our table to pour our water before we even had to pull a finger to ask! They are constantly ready to change the metal on the grill, and even if the place was filled, we felt as if we had full attention. we have everything they can eat and it was definitely worth it. the dampened ice pushes silky with exactly the right amount of taste and smooth. the Korean fried chicken was crispy and hot and the crumb would take off to shine delicate meat inside. I loved the little beside dishes and of course the meat was delicious. it's just about how long they cook it, so half the experience in their hands! (I recommend the marinated meat for a burst of taste) will definitely come back when we visit again!"
