"My friend and I came here one day by day, and the mistkerl wanted a second round. last night was our jubilee, so we decided to go back there. let me tell them these people are not disappointed. the server recognized us and they were very attentive, eating was sensational. I had the pork basilikum and he had the par-som plate. they even remembered that I liked?"

"Cool place. Don’t think the server wanted to be there. Took a long time for a beer and water refills. Wings “ok” all they did was fry them and dump hot sauce on them so not a great wing bar. Had the buzzard stick. Ok as well. It was our destination with friends on our motorcycles and we had to wear helmets for a mediocre experience."

"The food was pretty decent for cafeteria food. We both ordered the Roast Beef, and they cut it up and they gave us a lot. The only strange thing was that the severity was not au jus, it was probably au jus with corn starch loaded and boiled. It was very thick and heavy, not like the thin au jus you would normally expect. The vegetables were good too. The fried Okra was crispy and the potatoes and rice and engraving were also good, except for the strange corn starch engraving. Our main problem here was that when the first. Person raised our ticket, she asked us if we would get a drink and we said no, just water. Before we check out, we looked at our ticket, and she's had a drink anyway. We tried to correct it, but they only took the cost of the drink and not the tax that went with it. We went to the cashier to check and stated that the tax for the $1.50 drink was not subtracted and they decided to argue with us. After all, they took the tax, but I think they were idiots or something and couldn't calculate the tax to take it and guess. The service in the dining room was great. Very attentive and beautiful, but watch your ticket when they ring you."

"We stopped in for a snack and ended up getting dinner too! The cakes and brownies are perfection. Not too heavy, just right, flavors are so fresh and all natural. The grits bowls were also delicious!"

"This was our first visit to this establishment. We notified our server, Madison, of that fact and asked for recommendations. We ordered two of the items she recommended. When asked what our SIDE ITEM choices were, she plainly stated (and pointed to the menu) that we could choose from anything on the list from the Truffle fries, and down . So my husband ordered the small order of onion rings, because she said that was the size option for a side and I ordered the truffle fries. Food was delicious. Service was attentive. That 's why I gave 2*s. When our bill was delivered, we were charged $6 for the fries, and $4.50 for the 4 onion rings!! When we questioned her, she stated that any of those items were an up-charge! She plainly did NOT say that to us. Another server came over to our table, when we asked for the manager, and pointed to the microscopic fine print, on the bottom of the opposite page, that gives a few options which would not incur the additional charge. We would have been happy with any of them, especially the sweet potato fries! She 's said there was nothing that was going to be done about the bill, since it 's in black and white on the menu . Not the way to do business. We left zero gratuity, when we usually leave 20+ , with the hopes that she will think about what she did. Food is not the only thing that keeps people coming back, my friends."
