"We ordered 2 x surf and turf meals ($35 each) and a prawn platter ($29) to share as an entree with wine. Prawns were presented on ice with a side salad and seafood sauce-bowls were provided for shells and a hand bowl with lemon and water. Tasted clean, fresh and firm- very pleased. Surf and turf was a porterhouse steak with a seafood marina mix on top of the steak, 2 larger prawns and 3 mussels in their shell. Meat was tender and well cooked. Marinara was also well done and not overpoweringly dressed. Protein was served with fresh veggies. A beautiful meal and the service was endearing- two younger servers who could not do enough to help. Total bill was $130 (including 4 glasses of Moscarto). I would visit again."

"I just went this place, the atmosphere was great and small, hidden. Only issue was the menu, not for a large assortment of breakfast funds, the menu is not with the menu as here. We were very disappointed in the menu selection"

"Flavorsome breakfast at the Waterfront Kitchen in Geelong. Thoroughly enjoyed my $17 cheese mushroom omelette this morning, the mushrooms were just so well cooked had an absolutely beautiful flavour really hit the spot. I found the staff attentive very friendly. The atmosphere was bright cheery and a buzz with customers. I enjoyed it so much I'll be returning in due course for more of the same Phill Jury (food critic writer)"

"Was quite undernayed. I really wanted to like the Boathouse. The boathouse itself was pretty cute and the staff was friendly and prompt. Even the seagulls retained their distance from our food while they sit upstairs on the deck, but for me the positive ended. My husband had the burger, who came with chips, and he said it was good. I had the basket of $ 17 Fishermans or felt more disappointed. The dough was very stodgy and the seafood and the fish were probably not well dried well before they smashed as the inside muffled moisture inside. Therefore, the outside was crisp, but the inside of the dough was damped dough and gluggy to eat. The seafood were fresh, but it was not enough to save the meal. The tartare sauce was from the commercial variety and looked like complain adhesive. <br>
I may expect too much and found it quite expensive for what it was."

"For those who love fresh seafood, I would definitely recommend to check this place. I am very picky with my seafood selection and am very prone to rashes when seafood are more than 3 days old. I know the difference between fresh and old seafood, when I taste it. Sailors rest know how they can stuck their seafood simple dishes are always only average. Go here for your specialties with seafood and you will be satisfied! Grief

"This is a great family restaurant who have a great Vegan menu too. Tonight I had a very tired year old and the girls went above and beyond to try and entertain him. My dinner, Satay chicken was delicious and the chips were cooked...perfect! If your after a basic family meal this is the place to go! Thanks again"
