"I am disappointed and feel neglected after my visit to the restaurant Thursday 14/12/2023 between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Usually everything goes well. This time, however, the experience was disappointing. I was served quickly by one (old waitress, but I encountered problems with a second waitress. After asking for bread, she left without coming back, and I had to go to the counter to try to get some bread, I met the waitress again and I told her how you didn't come back with the bread then I serve, she nodded without saying anything (she could have told me she had forgotten me, it happens I would have understood it or even apologized? . On top of that, I realized I had no water. The same waitress walked past me several times without looking at me, and my attempts to signal my need were ignored. So I finished my meal without water. I stayed 10 minutes waiting, on the other hand, this time she took a good look at me and since I had finished, I made it look good in the body language that I had finished, she never came to me to offer me a desert or coffee. finally I got up to go pay at the cash register, this one was in a hurry to go and serve the table once I left it, giving me a look! I know that there was a network problem for payment by credit card, there was a little pressure/stress at the cash register, there was the usual number of place settings... which doesn't change in any way the attitude of the waitress (new? noted that I am of foreign origin (dark skin color and I ask myself questions? otherwise I speak French well, much more than nodding my head. I'm trying to find an explanation for this? subsequently, the nice waitress (formerly to whom I reported this mishap offered me a coffee which I could not accept because of the timing. otherwise normally I/we had a good time, especially the manager who is very nice and another very nice waitress with whom I usually chat who was not present. I invite you to watch on camera to understand what happened. It's not normal to help yourself to bread, no water, no offer for desert/coffee after the meal. why ignore a customer? suggestions: with meat (between side or flank steak, it would be good to have salad included."
