"Auf der Westseite des Sees dominiert die laute Bundesstraße, hier genießt man herrliche Ruhe und einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den See. Die Terrasse unter den Kastanien lädt zum Verweilen ein, manche Gäste klmmen mit dem Boot über den See, ansonsten geht es auch zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten vom Parkplatz. Das Tartar war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu stark gewürzt, der Fleischgeschmack wurde überdeckt, aber die kleinen Speisen sind gut und der Service nett und aufmerksam - was will man mehr!"

"The members of the moser family who manages the restaurant and they are very friendly and friendly for the visitors. the menu and the foods are simple but excellent (less is more). on the terrace there is a beautiful view of the Traunsee and its mountain, the traunstein."

"Endlich wieder geöffnet nach der Winterpause. Als Vorspeise wählte ich "Vitello Tonato" das zarte Kalbfleisch war auf den Punkt gegart und ergab mit der Thunfischsauce einen geschmacklichen Hochgenuss.Als Hauptspeise folgte ein "Thunfischsteak mit Grillgemüse und Thymiankartoffeln". Das Beste Thunfischsteak das ich je gegessen hatte. Das macht süchtig. Zum Abschluss kam eine hausgemachtes luftiges , cremiges "Tiramisu". Das Mediterrano gehört zum kulinarischen Pflichtbesuch wenn man in Gmunden ist.Sehr freundlicher Wirt!"

"Stopped for lunch on the terrace of the Seehotel Schwan. Food was fine if not exceptional, service excellent, view great its right on the lake and a big plus if you drive in front of the restaurant by the lake you will...find some parking just for patrons. I imagine parking can be a nightmare in the season so this is a big bonus."
