"Extremely rude staff, genuinely annoyed that we chose to eat at the restaurant, as we came 30 minutes before the kitchen would stop serving lunch (14:30). The food was very expensive and mediocre at best. As we went to the bar to pay, as no servers would approach us even though we waved at them, a man then came and told us we had to hurry up because his shift was about to end. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!"

"Delicious and demanding meals, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We knew this restaurant and of course it's reputation. We came here with my wife's mother on Sunday. The ambience is beautiful, a warm fire in a large fireplace also used to drill the meat. Friendly staff, it's family business. The food is absolutely spot on, the menu is not huge, although it is a good choice, but that means that everything is fresh, and they know perfectly how to cook it. I had escalope de veau à la crème not exactly a corsica speciality, but it was delicious, served with homemade chips (French fries for you American! . Perfect! My wife and mother in the law had trips (a Corsican speciality they said was on site. For those who like grilled meat, we saw the portions on neighboring tables that you will not become hungry!!! The desert was also very beautiful home made moelleux à la châtaigne (Crème Anglaise beautiful! I would give: Skip breakfast if you plan lunch here! And don't plan a big meal in the evening!"

"The food we had here was quite good. The burger was excellent but the mussels were only okay. We struggled with children as there were no high chairs available nor booster seats or other suitable seating for little people"

You spread your venom in 2 establishments located side by side (isula and gourmet adventure)We were present this same day and are used to attending this establishment! Let's put things back in their context, when you arrived, we noticed you because you were already drunk with alcohol! You ordered and returned the canneloni dish claiming it was horrible, frozen! We ate the same thing as you and we can therefore certify that dear sir you are a liar!Your rate of alcolemie has altered your dear taste, sir! You're incarnating both lies and wickedness! in the future if you go to an establishment avoid consuming alcohol before your meal or abstain from commenting and spreading such false rumours."

"Very nice culinary discovery on Porticcio! An idyllic setting overlooking the sea. A wooded and intimate atmosphere. We thank the waiters for their warm welcome and their wise advice on both traditional Corsican dishes and the wine list. The eggplants stuffed with brucciu are to die for! I highly recommend !"

"What remains indigestal after this dinner is the pretence of this card ... starred rates for a standard kitchen (a mouthful that had no place on a table that was supposed to be gastronomic but in an aperitif between friends). The dishes were without subtlety and originality. Fortunately the superb site catches up (a little only) disappointment."
