"This is the worst McDonald’s in the history of all McDonald’s, as the first day that opened this McDonald’s, it was one disappointment after the other that weather it lacks items from my order, or getting my order wrong (ketchup on my burger) it has. about a success rate to get my order right. I have the inability of these mcdonalds for so many years constant that I only accepted it, but tonight was a new deep even for them. it was very busy tonight. cars had to be at least deep in the drive through. I decide to go in and order. I was in the order. an older gentleman I suspect was that the administration took the orders in the kiosk, as all kiosks were down. about minutes goes by and the manager decides to lock the doors to prevent people coming into the restaurant so that they focus on the journey through. okay, that's good, at this point I'm second in the line now as the manager goes away from the takeover of order to help with the prep, so that I think stupid to take me again soon to finish the me. minutes they go to buy the dame before me leaves so it is now minutes waiting for me. I think someone's gonna take my order, right? wrong a few minutes goes by, nobody takes my order or recognizes me. manager is nowhere to see now. at any point while they eat to the cars they forget to lock the doors and start the people in. they ask if I will wait to be served and I answer yes, and I wait for minutes and no one has still recognized my existence. at this point someone asks me if I came in before they doors to which I answer yes, he says, ok someone will serve them in a short time, I wait a few minutes, finally I fed up and say loud enough so that the personal can hear me thanks to for nothing youngs, at which point they clap as I go. I have never been these people there in the minutes, and so they have treated a degrunted customer. also the frustrated things fell under themselves, but nevertheless it was loud enough that the mozens who are waiting for her could be here. it was not a profi of the personal in any wise, form or form. look, I understand that it was exceptionally busy closing the doors was the right decision, but it would have decided to finish the orders or all the patrons of us) that were dressed in cash in front of the door. it would have been nice to be recognized minutes ago. I live in hawkesbury and work in ottawa. I visited the McDonald’s in casselman or in ottawa on south keys location frequently and it is never as bad as the one in hawkesbury. in hudson is also fast. hawkesbury even on a slow day is terrible. no word of a lie that I went to breakfast and three cars deep in the driveway was so not busy, and I waited minutes to get my food. they make one fall and avoid this place to cost to all. stop them in hudson when they come from montreal or casselman when they come from ottawa."
