"The waiting time for the party of two on Wednesday night at 6PM was 30 minutes and can up to 1-2 hours depending on the size of the party. Parking is difficult. That evening they had already sold on their skalopps. We ordered Clam Chowder, the tasty but light on seafood taste, although they use razor shells. The baked heald was moist and house salad had fresh green. One thing remarkable was light served on vegetables with Entrée that can be discretion due to the supply chain or cooking. Hostess and servers were friendly and welcoming. Server was attentive to notice when a Gastlachs was cooked over medium seldom and replaced with a properly cooked salmon."

"Absolutely some of the best fish and chips we had in all our travels. Beautiful fluffy fish that do not drop with fat. Fries were also great. Our little girl even ate the Coleslaw. Will definitely eat again. Do not pay attention to the one-star rating because they were upset that they were closed for a few days. It is a mother and pop shop, nothing wrong with them take some personal time when they want! Guess some people are just too used to the corporate chain operations and can not appreciate the Alaska's small operations way of life."
