"We had one of our Worst Experiences here. The staff is bad but the manager who handles everything is even worse in speaking with clients. While booking, they will promise you everything but once payment is done, they will deny bluntly. We were discussing our issue with the serving staff and when the manager came, his behavior while listening to our concerns was one of the worst. If you need your event to be peaceful and Happily done. I would NEVER EVER Suggest to book this venue. Even 1 star is too much to give."

"The food was average but the service was horrible. There was no provision to wash hands. The tea we ordered, after the food was forgotten in the kitchen, and when we reminded the staff regarding the missing tea he got us the cold tea. The proximity to the station is the only plus for them."

"I have visited this outlet regularly for a long time, the taste of food, the atticates of service staff are one of the best in the city. the manager mr. trimbakeshwar shukla and Mr.Khalek miah, who served my table, are very professional and dedicated people with passion for what they do. it was an unforgettable experience here."

"Have ever a restaurant forced you to pen a review? This is that one for me. A place where you would even want to have that last portion of breadcrumb spilled on the table (That was just a metaphor for how amazing the experience was).<br/ <br/ Starting from where you park your vehicle, to a man greeting you with a smile while opening the door for you as you walk through a luscious surrounding filled with greenery and a couple of wooden benches. As you enter, you're welcomed by gracious staff and an ambience you would want to get lost in.<br/ <br/ Ordered Veg Mohanlal #Appam (Around 140 Rs. inc taxes), Egg Appam (Around 150 Rs. inc taxes)and Filter Kaapi (around 50 Rs. inc taxes) all three of them exceeded my expectations. The Appams were properly cooked with the required crisp and the proportion of cheese and vegetables over it was perfect. #FilterKaapi as expected strong low on sugar, brilliantly blended with an accurate amount of milk. The coffee took more than expected to arrive but we're subtly asked by the manager a couple of times to wait for it, which is a very good thing. The chilly atmosphere didn't let us get annoyed for the wait as the songs (with proper sound) were as good as you've in your playlist (They had me at the cover version of Elvis Presley's Can't Help Falling In Love With You).<br/ <br/ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you're in Kalyan. I'm going there again to have every cuisine they have. Keep up the stunning work guys."

"This hotel looks to be very tempting from looking at its outside dressing but they do not have proper arrangement for sitting. If u are couple or two persons then they will not treat you properly. They have given us a table which was very...very small hardly we could keep two glass of water and two dishes nothing else can be place. When we asked to shift they said it is reserved but it was not reserved we saw till we were there. Food was ok , but i think it was over priced and qty was small as compared to pricing. When we asked for naan they gave roti saying it was naan. When i asked them to show me which is than your roti then they were mum.no answer was with them. I clearly told them that this is the way you treat customers u ppl think that people dont know anything. Servicing was also slow."
