The skin is super crispy and it tasted delicious when eating. It would be nice if you cut them in before, then it would be easier to hug at dinner. The meat is super delicate and juicy. It was very easy to get rid of the bone. There was also an additional knife. The rest of the meat also tasted delicious as a stew with potatoes the next day) There was nothing to remember from the taste, even in the absence of natural sauce. Strong taste, delicate caraway note, matched. The dumplings were now somewhat too soft, we prefer a firmer consistency. However, this tastes nothing, gets enough salt and a wonderful potato taste. The herbal salad was fresh, refined with caraway and tasted nice during the meal. What we didn't like was the sweet taste. We'd rather taste vinegar. Uninhabited for us the sweet. The acidic fertilizer was very delicious. Not too finely cut pieces with onion carrot cellar cube refined. It wasn't too liquid. The acid note was ideally present and matched by taste. The Semmelknödel again had a firmer consistency as we like it. Herbs were also absorbed here and there is nothing to complain about from the taste. It tasted us and we like to come back. Small things the last are 4.5 star ambience Nothing changed at the beer garden seat. The usual folding tables and chairs in brown. There is no seat cushion and is shaded by blue screens. On the table there is an ashtray, the cards are laid and plaid fabric tablecloths lie on the tables. The cutlery with the napkins is placed on a plate at the table.
