"As we were staying on the island we managed to reserve a table for dinner after the main crowd had left. This was the second evening meal we had at this restaurant and we had been there during the day when the main tourist crowd was in. The service was excellent with our waiting staff being open and friendly despite the hectic workload during the day. The food was well prepared and the selection on the multiple set menu options was good. My partner had the sea food platter that came with a good selection of shell fish. Pricing wise its a little on the higher side but as a major tourist location that is to be expected. All in all a great place to eat"

"Whilst on holiday in northern France on a family break we took the trip over to the picturesque st mon Michele, being August it was extremely busy however we found this excuse for a restaurant whilst walking around. We waited 20 minutes to come in and sit down, I asked for a high chair for my one year old to be told there was none despite seeing on in the corner of the room. We waited 35 minutes to be severed with no cutlery on a filthy table. When it came to ordering we were met by CELINE who after 10 seconds of my mother deciding what she wanted walked off huffing and puffing and served another table. We we’re left flabbergasted having never been treated so rudely in a restaurant let alone in a busy tourist area. She came back after 5 minutes we again tried to order, our French isn’t the best but does get us by however she gave up after a minute again waking off huffing and puffing. This lady is the rudest person I have ever encountered and she is serving front of house!! No surprise she isn’t very nice as a service charge is included !I WILL NEVER. EVER COME BACK HERE AND WILL TELL EVERY PERSON I KNOW HOW AWFUL THIS RESTAURANT IS. If it wasn’t in such a busy area and in demand place it couldn’t survive but they take advantage of paying customers and disrespect the tourists coming to such a beautiful island. "This review is for the hotel. we expected a village or street view, but we received an extended room with sea view and it was beautiful! we saw the sunset and the sunrise. of course it helped that we had nice weather for november. the bed was very comfortable and the room, clean and quiet. a great hot shower too."
