"We had a very nice lunch here recently. There was fresh snow and the snow was out. I had very nice salad and my buddy had a great steak. I would go back and eat here again next time."

"Out of all the mountainside restaurants and bars this was my favourite . Cost was approx 80e for lunch plus bottle of wine but was worth it.Definitely recommend booking when in season , or you can simply pull up a deck chair and sunbathe whilst waiting"

"After a meal with friends, I was really disappointed at this place. starting with the aperitif, white wine served at room temperature is not acceptable. We're going to eat, we're 5 taking a savoyard fondue. I've never seen such a mediocre fondue, a pastry not at all liquid and especially not the taste of white. the server's answer is "in large quantity it's not easy" excuse me but if you don't know how to do a fondue, you better stop, and just advertise! We decide to take white in the cellar, the waitress will accompany us but does not know at all. And there I find a white hermitage croze at 145€. It was the ponpon! The waiter knew what to answer and didn't even know. gentlemen this bottle costs in the 16 € public price. short a tourist catch. Besides, we don't see if we eat. Thank you for the digestive offered."

We were welcomed like locals and returned each evening. 5 out of 5 on food, drink, atmosphere and most definitely the staff. "Thank you La Toura for thinking of vegetarians. The veggie burger is very, very good. I had it with my mum (I am a vegan, she is not a vegetarian but rarely has meat) and it is made of a chickpea patty, olive puree, lettuce...and tomato in a bun. You have the fibre and protein and it kept us full until dinner with lots of energy to keep on skiing the rest of the afternoon. A significant reduction in meat intake is very important for the health of our planet and I am hoping this kind food choice (it is way more flavoursome than a burger containing animals in our opinion) will encourage people to at least try! If you're vegan ask for the feta to be removed and the burger is equally delicious. The burgers are served in a different section than the proper restaurant, you can enjoy your burger outside or in the cosy sitting down inside bit. Next step towards sustainability please La Toura: offer alternatives to styrofoam cups and single use plastics !!!!"
