"The city of LʼIsle-sur-la-Sorgue is utterly crowded with tourists, especially on weekends. The Eau Coulant is just outside of the inner city center, and therefore less overcrowded. The nice small terrace next to a small cool stream was great to relax from the Provence heat. I was delighted by what I saw on my table after having ordered the Salade Marseillaise. Not a salad for people on diet, but rather a great selection of fish, panades etc.!"

"At the weekend well visited. but there is nothing to put out at the service. the food is tasty and the price is too good. there are some daily bites with healthy ingredients, but also burger or similar. the pommes also taste. I can only recommend."

"In May of we again were in L'Isle for a months vacation in the Luberon. Our Sunday morning is the huge market in L'Isle, and we still find the best place for a wonderful lunch is at Le Jardin du Quai. This year we...ate there times, and all three times the food was terriffic. The menu changes fairly often, depending on what is fresh in the area, but it has always been top class, tasty, and superbly presented. We always select to sit in the garden (only once did we ever have to eat inside) and enjoy the weather, out of doors, and food and wine. The staff is very friendly, and helpful, but bear in mind that on Sunday at lunchtime there are no seat reservations, and the garden fills quickly. A full house/garden can be expected on that day, so bring some time with you so you can thoroughly enjoy your lunch. My recommendation sit outside, and order at least courses. Incidentally the house wines are very good choice."
