"I have tried many delis in my life, but none of them compare with Anthony's deli. The staff is always friendly and polite, even if they are busy. The food is always freshened and ordered. I have also ordered for catering and all family and friends rave, how delicous the food is and since then ordered from them for their order needs. The gentleman during the week when I stop for breakfast or eat for lunch is always polite and welcomes me when I go where other delis don't even recognize me. This makes me welcome and invited and they appreciate my business. Kudos to Anthony's deli and staff. I will continue to be a patron!!!! I would also like to add during a storm that they were willing to supply me bread and milk and cold cuts, as I was unable to drive because it was sick. They went out for a customer and this is very appreciated"

"I went here for my birthday dinner. We have been seeing the restaurant passing it by while going here and there. We decided to try it out. First of all the decor was really nice, The waiters, the hostess, the bartenders and really all the servers areabsolutely wonderful. I would give service a five star. There are great TVs including a really big one by the stage so I?massuming they have live entertainment from time to time which is pretty awesome and nice for the area. The appetizers are great.We tried the giant pretzel and the chicken wings. I would rate the two appetizers that we?ve tried as five-star. However myentrée which was the ribeye which was $58 and the chicken marsala which my mom had and the burger which my husband had were sosubpar I would equate it with worse than diner fare. If you?re going to charge Manhattan style prices then I would expect thetaste and the quality to be equal or at least close to Manhattan style steak houses. I took a few bites of my steak and I justdid not finish it. My baked potato was basically something I could?ve cooked in my microwave. In a steakhouse you don?t expectto get butter in little packets that you have to unwrap either but that?s what we got when we asked for butter for my bakedpotato and the bread. For dessert I had the chocolate lava cake. It?s funny that it?s chocolate lava cake and there was no lavawhatsoever because the cake was cooked completely through. The bathrooms were beautiful. Very modern and very clean. I don?tknow if the entrées are cooked by a different chef than the appetizers were but you would think you were eating in twodifferent restaurants with the difference in the food quality between the appetizers the entrees. I don?t think I?ll be backto this restaurant unless whoever manages or owns this restaurant gets a better chef. I truly think if that happens thisrestaurant has a real chance not only of surviving but thriving and becoming a great part if not the best part of the"

"I planned a nice evening for my mother’s 54 birthday at Blu, party of 10...they were unable to accommodate our large group at requested outdoor seating, which was fine. While we were there, servers changed three times without notification within 30 minutes, and was very confusing. The 3 servers were not attentive. I had to request basic items such as a high chair for my 1 year old and waters for the table. All of our orders were delayed, and upon arrival, missing a meal. Server pulled his mask down numerous times while conversing with us for orders, less than 6 feet apart. Although diners are expected to wear masks even outside. Multiple snide remarks were made to the table, such as, “well, you ordered from the bus boy. What do you expect?” “Bus boy” not included in with 3 servers. AND to end the night, after dealing with poor service and 3 hours of our time there, my 7 months pregnant sister was harassed about the tip not being 20% although we received less than par service and told, “I usually get 20% but if that’s how you feel, than fine.” Incredible! Gratuity is earned, not just expected. With ruining my mother’s birthday dinner and giving poor service, this server should not have any expectations. I have to give Blu a negative review. We’ve spent our time and a lot of at your establishment and deserve a fair dining experience. Basic, minimum."
