"Had a 5-star experience thanks to the staff at this hostel. I booked a bed in the dormitory room and was settled and ready to sleep when another guest came and began to spray some of a bottle again and again. 15 minutes later, the whole room stanks of fragrant chemicals. He apparently sprayed Febreze on his clothes??? I'm sensitive to chemicals and it started giving me a headache, so I went to talk to the staff below. Not much English skill, but by google translate it understood and quickly put me in another room. A customer service. That reminds me why I never stay in dorms..."
