"A delicious 3 course meal for 30€; I had truffled melon, fish fillets and a wicked salted caramel ice cream dessert.The flavours were singing! The terrace has a great garden view, but the interior is charming and elegant for evenings when its cooler. A very professional team make everything happen discreetly. TIP- try the crisp Vermentino white wine, and don't tell everyone- we won't get in next time!"

"The grand building was formerly owned by the Marquis de Sade. The beautiful dining room, or, during summer, the wood-decked terrace, provides the setting for menus created by Briton Franck Pujol. Dishes are well balanced and creative, and never overpowering or off-putting. The friendly staff add to the relaxed atmosphere among the diners. Already rated with two red couverts in the Guide Michelin, this is a very promising restaurant that deserves a chance to climb up even more in reputation."

"Strangely apart for a swanky gastronomic hotel and a Pizza restaurant there is not too many choices in Mazan in the restaurant department. We were recommended to go and we ended up going twice in subsequent evenings. The food is very good as is the refreshing young waitress who was on her own but managed very well especially when everyone seemed to arrive at once. Classic French cooking which was very tasty and well presented."

"Little corner of paradise nestled in the heart of mazan. close to several small charming village (count about thirty minutes for crisp, sault and others.) very friendly and smiling staff, good advice also in the choice of restaurant. only flatulates the equipment of the bathroom, former hair dryer and idem for the shower system. Big more, the garden and its pool!!"
