"For a non-chain hotel, it is a pretty decent place to stay. I stayed here for one night as this was closest to where I was attending a wedding and wanted to spend the night. Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very congested with early check ins like myself. They were courteous and answered all of my questions in a polite manner. The only reason I give my stay a four star is for two reasons. The first being is that I was directed to a certain room number. Upon arrival to this room, my card would not work. I returned to the service desk only to be told Oh sorry, I gave you the wrong room number . No huge deal. Once I arrived to my actual room, there were no towels. At all. Now the service desk did send someone up right away to give us towels but for the amount of money you are paying for a basic room $160 plus $100 deposit which you are reimbursed), towels should none issue. Overall, they had good customer service and a clean room. I would still stay here again regardless of the hiccups I faced but would hope that these issues were just one offs and not a common occurrence."

"Food is good but they have horrible time management. Anytime I order on a weekend night I’ve been told my order would be ready in 20 minutes when it is closer to 90 minutes. That isn’t okay. They need to stop accepting orders or start telling realistic wait times. Having 20 people in a doorway doesn’t help anyone, including them."

"Upon arrival, the restaurant was technically not called Bellagio Ristorante and it also did not have an Italian menu as listed. This was extremely disappointing and complete false advertisement. The place in the Westin is now called Bar 555 and offers about 10 items. I will make sure to never dine or visit another Westin hotel."

"Well, I 'm calling Open Table bc the restaurant didn 't check me in. The host said oh we 're really casual about reservations and seating sit anywhere! I told him that I wanted my OT points and he sort of ignored me!!? Our sushi was excellent a shrimp special roll. My chicken Yaki Udon freezer burnt tasting chicken strange but edible. The Udon noodles themselves the accompanying vegetables egg were very, very good. Not drowned in sauce, which I appreciated. Vince liked his moo shoo chicken again, but not the weird tasting chicken. We 're not in this area often we 'd return with another great 'Local Perks ' deal $30 of food for $15! but not without. DEFINITELY NO CHICKEN DISHES !!!!!!!"
