"The food was good and the servers were friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food at all. It wasn't the cleanest restaurant I've ever been to. The table was still sticky when we sat down. The noise level is high as I think it mostly attracts a bar crowd."

"The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't spectacular either. It for sure wasn't worth 100$ we spent for two people to eat lunch.I knew the prices beforehand and am ok spending 100$ for lunch. BUT, if I'm going to spend the money, I expect an experience to go with the meal.The building interior was clean, but not pleasant. The ceiling in particular needs help. The bench seat we had was really good, but did not physically match the height of the rather drab tables.(The table was too low for the bench)The menus are pretty cool andI did like the napkins, silverware and dishware that are meals were presented on. However, there was no style of how the food was presented. Just put on the dishes without any flourish. Which would have been fine if the food tasted better or was in some other way special.I am a bit concerned about how some of the condiments are dropper bottles, and how they are able to properly keep these tiny bottles clean?The waiter was ok but not great. We did have to wait so long for our check after the meal that I left and waited in the car."

"Overall the food is great. I highly recommend the red beef bowl with rice and curry, the sauce gives it a slight sour and sweet taste, but not too heavy. The drunken noodles are sour and a bit spicy. Personally I’m not the biggest fan but I chose the shrimp with the noodles and I really enjoyed the shrimp because it’s not as sour and it’s crisp. The service is good too and the staff is friendly. My family and I enjoyed it! Service: Dine in"

"The worst experience of my life they had no idea what it is doing. They weren't even busy and couldn't get my order right. they ripped me off and the food I got was not right and they just wanted to talk to me about it being stuck together and cold. do not go here if you want a good service and eating that they have ordered. I've written this before, but somehow it's gone, and management never got a moment from me to find out what happened or does it right if that tells them everything that should be enough."

"I am a vegan student in Mt. Pleasant and it is very hard to find vegan or even vegetarian options here, but China Garden offers amazing, healthy vegan food at a reasonable price. Basically, everything on the vegetarian special part of the menu is vegan, except for 2 dishes that have egg in them that can be made without the egg. The staff understands veganism and will be able to answer your questions and they are all very friendly and provide fast service. There are TONS of fake meat options that come with rice and vegetables and they are absolutely delicious I always the vegetarian general chicken. As far as I know, most of the sauces are with fruit, and you can steamed brown rice, so it is a healthy option for Chinese foods. Vegetarian specialties are $8 $9, I never spend more than $10 $11 on a run. China Garden rated "
