"We were here some weeks ago. the food was average. her service was great. had a good time here, felt like we were in the skyaya, the heaters were not switched on while we were here. they had to hunt while eating. the North Pole experience was unbeatable. goodness!"

"This is one of the 2 main restaurants within the K Club, it's used for breakfast and for overflow when The Byerley Turk is full. The room, during the day, is beautifully lit by natural sunlight and makes for a great relaxing place for your morning meal. You have a choice between the buffet or menu but both have excellent selections. The tables are nicely separated and the fine linens add to the occasion."

"As I said before I would come back to this establishment to give it another try. First visit it was acceptable this visit was much improved and they seem to have new management and new staff? Went on a Friday where they do a special...on steaks for any steak. Probably the best fillet steak I've had in quite some time. Guinness was good. Service sometimes a little bit slow. Deserts very pleasant. Toilets clean. A little bit of a bad smell as you enter the front door perhaps the carpet could do with a wash. Lovely atmosphere in this very old building. All in all would recommend and will definitely be going back again."

"The cafe in Donadea is very quaint and cute situated in the heart of the forest. There are musical instruments for young children to play outside and there is usually a fire on outside to keep you warm as you enjoy a coffee around the mismatched table and chairs and unusual pieces of furniture. It has a small selection of cakes, chocolate treats, icecreams and tea and coffee. It is a perfect spot to take a break in while enjoying a walk around the forest. Unfortunately the cafe does not take card so you need to be sure to remember your cash !"

"Fairly average service. There was only a few tables occupied so the place was not that busy but staff just stood around the bar chatting to one another making it quite hard to order drinks. We had to go looking for staff members to order drinks when really it should be the other way around. One staff member was also walking around with her mask under her nose, she obviously has no regard for people trying to spend Christmas with their families. The only saving grace was the food, otherwise this review would have a star or two less. The bar staff have the chef to thank for that, he saved the day."
