"This lovely airy cafe spanning inside and out offers an excellent selection of homemade food that's becoming more and more popular as we start to eat healthier. I have recently become a fan of superfoods and all things chickpea which is great but it does...mean treating' myself when I go out. This is the lovely thing about The Project Cafe, the food is mostly salads and snacks and a good selection of desserts and cakes. I had the bulgar wheat salad with caramelized onions, a latte, a glass of mineral water and a piece of lemon drizzle cake. I had had a late appointment so decided that this would be the main meal of the day and I wasn't disappointed! The portions were excellent and very flavoursome. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and had no problem offering to take my food to my table for me as my mobility is challenged and I use a walking aid. The café is situated up a slope which has a considerable incline but if you take it slowly it's not so bad. I will definitely be tackling the slope to return here. I'm so glad to have found it!!"

"First last time visiting here. Just avoid at all costs. Looks lovely from the outside but the food is not good. The sausages are not edible. I through up in my mouth had to leave! Disgusting."

"Came here for dinner as a party of 3, service was slightly slow as only 1 person seemed able to take orders despite several staff on duty. Food was very good and decent value for money, all staff were friendly so would happily return and recommend"

"A large cafe in the bottom section of the Quadrant Shopping Centre. Lovely staff with waitress service. Good varied menu with toasties, rolls, club sandwiches, baked potatoes and meals. They also do lovely cakes too. Very good prices."

"Good, but they should open the balcony in the water sports café. it looks closed, but when asked, they unlocked a door. anyone who tries to door the others would assume that it was closed. beautiful day, on which ascended again together, let the people sit outside. pull the tables closer to the windows so that people can see them and they would be more inclined to go out. if it was operated by a private company, much more would be made use of the external balcony. it is a perfect outside area for people to sit. home made suppe beautiful, but something too salty. let the people salt it to their own taste. great wee caffe although and friendly helpful staff."

"Had become a bit crazy, so decided to get a lead. the food was made fresh, I saw it made literally. I could not wait to come to home and get into the water as it was amazing smell and was the best lamb corma I had for many a year. had not used madras grill before but thoroughly enjoyed my meal and recommend this food."

"I got a special fried rice where rice had no taste, meat was only standard cold meat slices top also filled with fried egg. I had to add spicy and Chinese gravy from another court. they stinked. When I went back to complain, I got ZERO customer service and just ignored. a starter cook could make better"

"We had a beef curry and I must say it was up there very nice,however I had a chicken chow Mein and I must say it was very different to any other Chinese I have ever had the chicken didn't taste like chicken, I would order again but definitely not anything with chicken related , salt and chilli chips were lovely as was the fried rice"

"What an incredible upgrade they've done here! We've lived in the area for 30 years. In fact I have vivid memories of concerts I attended there in the 90s. It has really grown up! Amazing park for the kids, chairs and sandy areas for the parents too! A beautiful splash pad right on the water and tons of smooth sidewalks for biking, skating and more! The Amphitheatre is STUNNING and I can't wait to attend a festival there when the weather cools down later this year! Great job Clearwater!!"
