"If you dine there, they do a decent job. But if you order to go I haven't had much luck. The order is always wrong. And always cold when it arrives. The delivery drivers are constantly tracked so we know it wasn't the driver's fault for the long delay between calling it in and the driver leaving the restaurant. That's why I gave three stars. Probably the servers ask or require the cooks to do a better job because they get tips. There's obviously no one in charge of the to-go orders. If you want it warm and you want it right you must eat there in my experience"

"One mistake is understandable, but 4x they got my burger wrong the fries were old and forgot to give me my dipped cone. Not only that, not one single employee wearing their complete proper uniform/attire for work. Kitchen was slow and unprofessional with not one single employee with a hair net or cap. The rest of my order got cold by the time i got my burger. Didnt get a sincere appology and the only visible manager seemed unexperienced."

"Wonderful family owned and run BBQ place! We shared the cowboy cake between us two with enough left for another meal for both of us! But we couldn't leave that. We had to go a whole family of food with a pound of chopped brisket, a whole pint of the German potato salad and dessert. Fawn was super helpful and let us all beans, pickles, jalapeños and onions on the side."

"I love love love this restaurant. Whatever food you your mate are wanting all in one spot when you're in the mood for different types of food. My favorite is the roast with gravy veggies. Service is good-everyone is always very nice polite. The atmosphere is the best at lunch or during the week for dinner. Don't do it on a Sunday night though....just sayin'..."

"I went for the first time the week of Thanksgiving visiting family. I'd actually went through the drive-thru for 9 burgers and drinks. I figured I'd wait 15-20 minutes, considering they were fairly busy. 10 minutes I had my food and drinks,everything was fresh and correct to order. 10/10 will go again."

"Bad service. Once I told the girl that I didn't drink.. The face she made I knew I was not gonna get good service. I waited almost an hour for mozzarella sticks and fries... Really.. An hour.. for the manager to day that they were down to one fryer... I'm you would think that would be the first thing they would say... Not a good experience at all"
