"店員さんの挨拶や対応 入ってすぐにお水を用意して快く出迎えてくれました。 麺は極細ではなくちょっと太い細麺 スープは豚骨の風味が満点のお出汁 油や灰汁は限りなく除いたあっさり豚骨 薄切りのお肉にキクラゲにネギ The屋台のラーメンという感じです。 あっさり豚骨が美味い。 長浜と聞くと、ちょっと節が効いていたりギトギトなラーメンがあったり、お店毎に色々なのですが、こちらはあっさりだけどしっかりとした純な豚骨でした。 飲んだ後に一杯食べるにうってつけのあっさり豚骨でした。酔っ払った後のシメやオールした後のシメにいいかも。"
