"Absolutely NOT. Firstly, the fact that there is no staff onsite is horrendous. No way to get extra towels or buy a drink or get any kind of help with anything. Second, I've never heard of a resort where you have to walk your own garbage through a huge entire parking lot to get to a dumpster-which was hard to open, just to get rid of trash. Next, there was no information posted about WiFi anywhere in the unit. So needless to say I had to place SEVERAL calls to a virtual front desk attendant to get help with practically everything, from the moment we arrived. Even just getting into the room was difficult. keyless entry wasn't working. I don't think elderly could stay at all bc of all of these reasons as well. Thank God the pool is nice. However definitely not returning. Some hotels provide better amenities and service than this. Shocked to even call this a resort.Safety: Nobody onsite so if there was emergencies find help else where."

"We arrived at 2 am and couldn’t find the driveway for a while because it is not well lite or marked at night. Also, google has it ending on the road, not down the drive. They should request a google maps update for their location. The room was the dirties room I have ever stayed in. We should have left but we booked it through Southwest to get point and hugely overpaid for it. The room smelt like mold, which we figured out the mold and mildew smell was coming from the AC unit. I woke up with terrible congestion and a sore throat. There was pet hair on the bed skirt, and old melted ice cream, I think on the bed skirt also… the lamp shades were covered in visible dust. The floor had visible debris on it. The room had flooded at some point because there was noticeable water damage on the bottom of the vanity that was not even attempted to be covered up or fixed. The remote was covered in gunk, looked like it has never been cleaned or wiped down. The toilet was clean but the handle was not. The bathtub/shower looked clean and the linens were clean. Everything else was so gross. We have two kids and I didn’t let them get off the bed. Upon check out my husband attempted to tell the front desk worker but she looked away and mumbled something about telling house keeping. She was not interested in hearing how nasty the rooms are. The water park looked fine but we never had the time to use it. We stayed 2 nights, too many. Never book a place to stay with out looking at reviews. I usually do but I was in a hurry. I am not making that mistake again."

"Beautiful cottage. Perfect for a family vacation. Located close to all major theme parks. Located as close as you can get almost to the pools, bars and entertainment at Margaritaville Resort Orlando. Has WiFi, a full kitchen, hottub, two master bedrooms, a sleeper sofa.Water park is supposed to be opening soon. Sunset walk already has stores and restaurants open including a dine in movie theater. It's right next to a Target and has parking right in from of the house."
