"My partner and I visited Waters Edge Restaurant for my birthday, and we were far from disappointed. We were provided with a 4-course meal and the food was amazing. The service couldn't have been better either. The waiting staff were always aware of the little things, such as pouring more water and drinks into our glasses, whenever they were getting low. I also asked for a water view by the window, and the staff happily obliged. My partner and I watched the sunset over the lake, which helped conclude a wonderful birthday. Thank you Waters Edge for a magical evening :"

"Our meals were very generous and tasty and the service was very prompt. I have no idea how many cooks they have but the amount of takeaway being whisked past us suggested they were kept busy and the locals like the place. It is not BYO, which is a small negative as a very ordinary bottle of wine is quite expensive. Would definitely visit again when in Parkes."

"Whilst visiting Parkes recently, we stopped in to the Coffee Pot Cafe located in the main shopping precinct of Parkes, for lunch. We chose iced coffees, toasted sandwich and a melt. The iced coffees were not the best we have ever tasted. However, the melt and sandwich were quite enjoyable. A little more effort is required, plus on the day we were there the service was extremely slow."

"It's been decades since I have been here so I decided to bring my own kids here to enjoy what I enjoyed as a child. It's changed a lot spacious, well run, and quite a lot of things to do. Very hands on with sanitisers at every activity. Pity the free fall exhibit was closed due to Covid would have been fun for everyone!"
