"Took them 15 min to acknowledge me. I ordered caldo de pollo it literally had one corn 2carrots and one slice of squash. Carrots were sliced too. Customer service very disappointed."

"I love this place! They have everything I love inside of my juices! I?m, also, not a huge fan of pulp, so I appreciate that the juices are not pulpy. They come cold, too! Just how I like it! This was my second time visiting, this company. The first visit was great, but I really enjoyed this visit because their worker, Daniel, informed me that I was able to sample the juice! So, this time, I knew exactly what I was getting before completing my purchase! I have, absolutely, loved every juice I have tried, so far, which was the citrus 2, greens 3, and apple lemon ginger cayenne. Amazing!"

"Excellent service. Employees seemed happy and enjoying their job. Oscar was making the drinks and made sure to greet each customer. He also knew a lot of them by name and their orders (obviously they were regulars). He put a smile on each of their faces and that is the best way to start any day! Thank you Oscar and everyone that was working today."

"I work nearby so its easier to go to this location but it seems like 5/10 times they botch a simple macchiato. I watched them remake it a few times and noticed they pump the syrup without looking, let the espresso sit over 30 seconds (which they are not supposed to, my cousins worked for starbucks) and half the time it taste milky with burnt espresso. There are certain Baristas who make it great, but the ones who rush through really ruin this place for me. I prefer going to orange grove and fair oaks but I dont like getting my coffee so early. Might have to just suck it up and get it there. Smh. Waste of 5.95."

"The escargot were like rubber balls! The French onion soup was watery. The muscles were bad… Sent back because of the overpowering fishy smell. My son-in-law got sick after eating them all night long. The service was great, but it could not make up for the bad food."

"Family and I visited Houston and we chose this place because of the amazing reviews and I am so glad that we. Their Pollo Asado plates are larger parts than they go home. We ordered 2 chickens for 3 of us and we ended the taking of residues home, we are so used to small portions. Needless to say, the price is worth it, large portions and naturally amazing taste. Friendly service. If we ever get back to Houston, we'll be back."

"This is an awesome place in a very comfortable way. The food is well-executed and fairly priced. I live in NYC, not Pasadena, but if we did we’d be here at least 2-3x a month (maybe more for healthy lunches).Nice street side patio, industrial vibe inside. Open kitchen. You do hear sounds from the kitchen but they seem to blend into the background. Ordering is a snap, especially if you download the app. There were people who walked in and ordered at the counter but they seemed more confused and that seems so much less efficient. We just sat down at the table, entered our table number into the app and food and drinks just appeared, almost magically. One thing on the app they could improve is that it makes you enter the location repeatedly for subsequent orders, which slows things down. And ordering stepwise makes sense, especially for a larger party (we had 6).The food? Tasty goodness: can be reasonably healthy (although not for me as I ordered chimichurri steak, fries and roasted mushrooms). My only issue with the food was the chimichurri, which could have used more spice and more acid for a more vibrant and balanced flavor. But that comment alone should tell you what you’re dealing with: awesome and wholesome food well-prepared by the chef on staff. Steak and two sides: $20. Tofu: great. Chicken tenders: perfectly fried and crispy/tender. Beer, wine: nice choices. Awesome sides. You can construct a healthy and tasty meal here, lots of great vegetables. If you’re lucky enough to be near one their spots, go now.Vegetarian options: Lots of them. Tofu. Brussels sprouts, just name twoKid-friendliness: Easy. Comfortable"
