"We stopped here for a burger whilst visiting Elizabeth Quay . The staff very really friendly and helpful and the burgers were delicious. Fresh cooked and very tasty. We ordered a 'Full Blooded Aussie and Howling Bird with chips. The Sweet Potato wedges with Parmesan...cheese and icing sugar were a little weird for my taste but my hubby loved them. You can enjoy the BHP Water Park light and fountain show while you eat"

PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR ANY PARTIES, AND DO NOT FLATTEN THE SUGAR COATED WORDS OF SHELLY GREYWAL. ORGANIZING A PARTY IN THIS RESTAURANT IS AS GOOD AS YOU ARE PAYING TOO MUCH MONEY AND INSULTING THE GUEST BY NOT FEEDING THEM PROPERLY AND MAKING THEM TO PAY UNWANTED CAR PARKING CHARGE FOR THE WORST TREATMENT.<br>
This is how the hotel management utilized the situation of party and made good profit out of the party, this was a clear game well organized by Shelly, as she didn’t come on that day after analyzing all these we came to the below conclusion of how we have been cheated while we were busy with guest<br>
1)They didn’t purposefully keep the starters in Buffet as they know that if they keep it in buffet every now and then they have to fill-in, if they serve it in table, guests and hosts cannot track of who had or who didn’t have<br>
2)Nobody keep track of how many plates of starters they served for guests, they were supplying some starters in front of hosts to make us feel that all guests have been treated well.<br>
3)Since it is a party people will come in different timings and hosts cannot track of whether they had starter or not as they will be busy in treating guests and greeting them<br>
4)They purposefully didn’t serve the expensive starters like chilly paneer and mutton kababs, hardly they served 4 to 5 plates for 65 people. Most of our guests didn’t get these and few didn’t even know that these were the starters.<br>
5)They played this cheap game for serving main course as well by not filling in the buffet tray on time, they know that if the tray is empty most of the guests will just take only whatever is available and will not wait for them to fillin.<br>
6)Told them to serve the desserts and it served very late. I had to tell the guests wait wait, they will be serving soon.<br>
As a host while organizing a party in such a reputed restaurant and paying this much amount of money per head we though we can have spent quality time with guests without bothering about the serving of food as hotel staff will be taking care everything. But it turned out to be the worst party we organized ever by making inconvenience to the guests for parking and not feeding them enough food because of the hotel owner’s cheap nasty game on profit.<br>
We paid for 65 people per head 32 $ , but they hardly served 30 people food for 65 people making our guests starved. While paying the money me and my husband were very happy as we thought we organized the best party ever and all our guest were treated like VIPs. But after we came home, few of our close friends told us what happened behind the scene while we were busy in greeting and talking with the guests. Then I called each and every guests and enquirer what they had and what they didn’t, only 4 guests out of this 65 guests got enough food and all starters, rest all got hardly 2 to three starters, one or two pieces and with less quantity of main course. <br>
So dear friends, I took 1 hour to write such a big feedback on what happened to us, so that if anybody wants to organize a party like this PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR ANY PARTIES, AND DO NOT FLATTEN THE SUGAR COATED WORDS OF SHELLY GREYWALL. ORGANIZING A PART IN THIS RESTAURANT IS AS GOOD AS YOU ARE PAYING TOO MUCH MONEY AND INSULTING THE GUEST BY NOT FEEDING THEM PROPERLY AND MAKING THEM TO PAY UNWANTED CAR PARKING CHARGE FOR THE WORST TREATMENT.<br>
You will get many good restaurants for the same money with proper treatment and parking will be free. Though many of our friends warned us for this we didn’t bother and was flatten by the owner’s sugar coated words. The taste of the food was great, everybody liked it. But they didn’t get enough food to enjoy the taste which is the worst part."

"I'd heard about Lallah Rookh for a few years but had never had the opportunity to go. Brother and his girlfriend in town gave me the chance for a family dinner. Very pleasant dining space down stairs in a basement setting. Did not feel cramped or closed in as some basement settings can be. Easy to find the entrance right off St George's Tce. The menu is Italian and full of fresh produce and tasty sounding dishes. We went with the Il Capo or 'feed me' option. This is a surprise menu of 6 dishes designed to be shared by the whole table. 3 entrees, a pasta, a main and a dessert. This is great value at $68 per person. Every dish was visually enticing and all were very tasty. The Panko Crumbed Pork Shoulder was delicious whilst the Spaghetti Vongole was a winner as the pasta dish. The drinks list is extensive and includes a large variety of wines. Tending towards Italian varietals, as you would expect, but from across the globe. Everyone should be able to find a drink that they enjoy. The staff are fantastic. Prompt to serve, clear and assist with any questions you may have. They definitely enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant for either a casual after work meal in the city or a more formal night out with family or friends. And definitely go Il Capo!"

"The pot sticker or fried dumplings are great, along with the soup dumplings and steamed dumplings. We spent a wet winter night filling up on lots of lovely little bites. The soups and noodles all looked quite good. Very busy spot so if you don't like to question up go outside the peak eating times. Having said that the question moves quickly as the food is served in good time and it's not a place that you linger over dessert and coffee.Will be back when in Perth next."

"Not the healthiest option but a delightful treat especially as the chips were very different from the usual bulk frozen ones. We tried the Belgium Chip Cone with an added serve of grilled fish and the Fish and Chip Cone. The serve of chips was...very generous and 1 between 2 of us would have been fine as even my husband could not finish his entire serve. The tartare sauce served with the fish /chip cone was delicious but was only on the top layer so you really do need extra bowls of dipping sauce. The attentive waiter did come and ask if we wanted more sauce but I was not sure if this meant paying an extra $4 per bowl so declined as we did already have bowls of the equally delicious curry sauce and Belgium mayo (should have asked of course). The serve of fish with this cone was very small but the batter was crisp and golden while the fish was fresh tasting and moist. fish and less chips would have been better. The Belgium cone with its mix of mayo and curry sauce as well as diced onion and flavored salt is delicious but, again, the sauce is on top and you are soon left with just plain chips unless you tip them onto a plate or get more sauce. The grilled fish was perfectly cooked, moist and full of flavor. Service was prompt and efficient and we appreciated the help yourself water with slices of lemon."
