"I loved my stay in bahay kalipay! before going I was a little worried about the raw vegan food, but it was really amazing that eating was delicious and filling and beautifully presented! the employees were all so warm and welcoming and really cared for their experience. the other guests I met helped me make my stay special too! the day is full of activities (or they can decide from everything if they want to relax more) I expected yoga and relaxation, but so much more. the meditations were really interesting and pleasant, but they must go with an open mind. the accommodation is basic enough, but it was perfect for me, they are very close to nature. If they are expected and a 5-star resort are pampered, this is probably not the place for them. in fairness with the price they pay, one could not expect a 5-star resort, I was surprised how well the retreat was. I left bahay kalipay feeling very peaceful, full of joy and wish I could stay longer! if they relax, enjoy and are open to new experiences, then I could not recommend this place very much!"

"Location is very accessible. They are known for their seafood dishes which are really delicious as they only use fresh ingredients and fresh produce. Ambiance is very relaxed and family friendly (need to take off your footwear before you enter) so I suggest you wear slippers to lessen the burden of removing and wearing your shoes. Place could be busy most of the time so don't go there when you're really hungry. But it's worth the wait. Making a reservation before you visit is highly recommended. I only gave 4 stars because they don't have a parking space."

"They called to ask about 2 o'clock specifically whether they are available to the evening meal and was said they appeared three hours later at 5 o'clock in order to find that they actually have crawling one crab. So it wasn't a clear lie, it was honest. ? sigh. very recommend a reservation, no matter when or day, because this place is popular. the staff is friendly and helpful. eating is delicious and the intention is beautiful at sunset. designed for tourist and special occasions."

"Authentic and not too expensive “a must visit” in puerto princesa. they accept large credit cards, recommended is the sinus with buko, sisig and lato! they expect their shoes to be asked to remove when entering the place. try her beer! superb! also the customer service was in fact more than expected!"
