"Although it was very quiet in this place, we had a great dinner. The food, we both had two different Vietnamese dishes, was tasty and made of fresh ingredients. Very large portions. Most mains are around 10 euros which is a bargain for this quality! It is a perfect change of diet after a couple of German style dinners of sausages and other hearty pork dominated meals. It was cooked very well by the Vietnamese chef. They also serve Thai and some Chinese dishes but we decided to stick to the roots of the chef. Recommended!"

"Yet a chic, stylish local with Italian espressobar and Mediterranean modern elements as well as rustic vault. the concept of pre-operators to offer qualitatiw high-quality Mediterranean cuisine and small things that protrude from the anhaltinian unit brewery has failed. the new operators with a regional experience in gastronomy retain the proven beverages, the spatial features and the terrace, but now in the kitchen they are always on the more lush locally accepted ostalgies and almost everywhere. a fine change less in the city. we tried out and looked back at the place that is also humanly a bit grounded. friendly burschikos bond; our space lacks free outside spaces alone in the cellar arch. an iron seasonal sparing announced on the outer table as well as the usual regional home cooking with some curious rough carvings like the spaghetti and cheese baked pigeon. we chose the pork “Schnitzel Würzfleisch” with hearty spices and goat cheese baked, with potato corners and fresh garden salad (16.50€) as well as carving with spaten (cold about 250g, salt potatoes and brown butter (15.50 €). the finely prepared flour was on the table after almost 30min; until then we drove with krombacher (0,4l 3,70€ water (0,2l 2,20€) and a neat thurgau (0,2l 4,30€ . Now what should I say: neat rustic house cooking quite lush and less subtle. well cut, but sometimes little individually also with regard to spice. a neat piece of meat without any adjustments in the first case with old seasoned meat and if I cooked myself I cannot judge (3.5* the economic ok very natural as well as the little seasoned (normal salt potatoes with good butter sauce (3*. facs: beautiful environment, solid gastronomy, nice people but not more expensive are sold here."

"After reservation and confirmation that we can come with dog, we also came in this place. the restaurant is located in the middle of the forest in a water reserve. the regular parking spaces are approx. 500 meters from the restaurant. they should go a piece through a forest path. before the restaurant is a very beautiful beer garden. we were greeted and guided on the back of the restaurant. there is a cherry tree that extends to the deck. I put a photo. the waiter was very nice and chatting. he told us about the many sights near quedlinburg and gave us some flyers directly. we later designed them in the holiday home. because we were served well, the restaurant is really super nice and not to forget that it was simply sensational, we have reserved ourselves for our last night of holiday. in the first night we drank hate death from the barrel, the 0.5 l to 3.90 euro. as an appetizer we chose the pumpkin cream suppe to 4,90 euro she was very beautifully outdated and still with pieces in. and I would say that there were carrots with them. Go to the suppe, some balsamico. very tasty. we always have a little, but we can recommend this suppe. my man took the hexe with crimped and knödel to 12,90 euro as main court. he was really happy that he was finally on a map. to the others where we were before, never arrived. is now the season. the haxe was very large and probably super delicious. the skin was nice chess. she was still short under the salamander. .male was thrilled, but not both knock. I chose the sour roast with red cabbage and knocked 15,90 euro to my joyous surprise, in the sose rustic. I like the mad. the flesh was broken on the side. until the end we drank an espresso to 1.80 euro. as I said, since we liked it very well, we reserved ourselves. actually we wanted to take the pumpkin soup again, because it tasted so well, but the waiter recommended us the bread basket with self-made aioli and oliven, which was not on the map. So we ordered it to 4,90 euro. good recommendation. to my question as to how the aioli was not done, the waiter replied: greasy, creamy, garlic, a little salt pfeffer. a 12-year-old young man made it. to the main dish took my male the champignon frame carving with pommes to 13,90 euro. it was very big and very good. he was thrilled, although he did not manage the pommes completely. on the carving were really many mushrooms. I chose the Mediterranean flarecake on 12.90 euro. it was served on a wooden board and well equipped with dried tomatoes, olives, cheese and wolves. after that I was well saturated. this time we drank apfelschorle to eat 3,40 euro. it was made with natural beet apple juice and very tasty. we shared a vegetarian to finish. the schnaps has 55 and was recommended by the waiter. he went down. 3,20 euro came the schnapps, but it was worth it. I don't have a photo of the carving, so I could get over it quickly, so I couldn't crawl. he no longer threatened to go with me, as the eternal znipsery would be embarrassing if we were back in the corner, we would like to return to that."
