"Why is the always store out of stock for smores cookies? If we know that you guys stock out, maybe there's a need to prepare more batches, or no? I can good focus from management can improve the store experience. The staff is good in food prep but a friendly response to a greeting never hurts."

"I am regular customer of 49th Ave Starbucks location because the service was always good. Today I ordered my Trente size to try passion fruit drink. When I picked up, the foam in my drink was too much. I let the foam melted itself and the drink was as much as grande size. I asked some water and told the staffs that my drink was like grande size instead of Trente size. Anya gave me water and offered me some more passion fruit juice. Thank you Anya for your best hospitality service. I wish that the staff who made my drink would be aware the different size of drinks. I give 5 stars because of Anya's attention to customer."

"Loved this location right by the beach! I noticed that the music got louder as the evening began so it feels like a party is about to start as it gets dark. Not sure they're open that late though. It was busy even for a Sunday and the bathroom lineup was very long. The service and atmosphere are good but my caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino was lacking in flavour and crunch. I think Starbucks in general struggles with consistency in their Fraps across locations though. Anyway, I would visit again."

"We eventually spotted Market Grill sitting in the corner right near one of the many entrances to the market. I actually remember seeing them, not realizing they’d ever been there while I was with Food Wench at The Grand Tasting on Granville Island for the opening night of Dine Out Vancouver several months ago. They have a fairly decent sized menu and it looked jam packed with 5 workers in a small corner booth and a huge backlog of people waiting for food, so we figured they must be good.
