"Been almost 2 years since I last visited. This was the first visit since pandemic started. The free salad bar is gone, thanks to COVID. It?s still got draft beers, but now the place has less appeal. Got the medium spicy crispy fried chicken since I remember it being good. Was a bit surprised to see a glazed hot sauce on it. Wifey tasted it and confirmed her suspicion: Buffalo wing sauce she doesn?t like it. The chicken was still crispy without the sauce, but I really don?t remember the hot sauce being Buffalo sauce. Ordered a small garlic Parmesan dry run fried chicken. This turned out to be the best dish of the meal. The wings were better than the drums. Wifey likes tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) so we got one. I had never ordered one previously as it didn?t appeal to me particularly. Wifey said this tasted like ready made instant ones. It was not bad, but just wasn?t great. Got us each a pint of Kirin Ichiban, the only Asian draft beer, as it would pair nicely with the fried chicken. I?d give the place 3.5 stars. Since there?s no free salad bar and that having Buffalo sauce on Korean fried chicken was not what we had expected, I?d round down to 3. I?d still come back for beer mostly. It?s still a nice hangout spot as it opens late."

"Really awesome little spot with delicious dim sum and quick service. I had Shanghai soup dumplings, steamed pork buns and five spice marinated combination appetizer. Appetizer came out first and quickly and was nice and chilled and had great flavor. Dumplings and pork buns came out 10m later and piping hot."

"Me and 4 girlfriends went to San Jose/San Francisco to celebrate my birthday! I wanted a nice steak dinner to celebrate. I started searching Google maps and found Birk’s. I loved that they took reservations and had their last reservation at 830pm so we had enough time to get back to San Jose to change and be ready for a nice relaxing dinner! Birk’s happened to be in an cooperates office area so as I was driving around to find it, which I missed the original entrance, finally found it on the East side of the buildings. Parking was definitely easy to find at 830pm. But I could see if the offices were open it may be a bit of a challenge to find a close spot. We walked in and was greeted immediately. We were sat at a nice table that could see the kitchen. We ordered drinks and appetizer calamari and then a wedge salad for myself. The rest of the meals were the filet mignon with blue cheese and port wine, sea bass with black rice and prime rib with Lobster Mac and Cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection! This was a wonderful birthday dinner and I would recommend this for a nice dinner or celebration!"
