"I have been back a half dozen times and had dessert at the bar and dinner once. We know the owners so maybe not 100% objective. That said, they clearly have the bugs out and the one big problem is getting in. Please make a reservation. We have been unable to get seated a couple of times which has been our own fault. The chef has worked hard to make the staff excel. As I said, the chef knows his craft. This is excellent food."

"We LOVED this fine! We highly recommend! From our server to atmosphere, music, beer and especially food hands down an excellent find. The street tacos, Korean bbq pork sandwich, chicken sandwich and burgers were delicious! Enjoy!"

"Chips were from a bag, salsa was from a can. Burrito had canned stewed tomatoes on it who does that? Enchiladas appeared to be frozen, from a store, and were placed in an oven and burnt to crisp. Pork tacos had unseasoned pork cubes, lettuce and diced onion nothing else. Tacos were in soft shells that were then put in an oven and burnt. None of the meals offered anything else rice/refried beans, etc. The kitchen kept yelling for a Jackie over and over and not just yelling but screaming. Before the end of the night the kitchen staff broke out in a fight. Seriously this place is worse than taco bell."

"Please come visit our favorite ice cream stand! Our Saranac Lake stand is on the water and serves delicious black angus burgers. We have been in this location since the early 1950s. The Lake Placid stand is at the site of the old Custard Mustard and Brew location and has been in operation since 2005. We are right across from Placid Planet. Both locations offer a differing flavor of the day and are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year. Summer hours are 11:30 am 10 pm."
