"We stopped by for a quick drink and to relax. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The service was excellent and the beer cold and tasty. We did not eat, however the food looked good will definitely eat there the next time...we visit"

"Rating: Service 4 stars, Eating 3 stars, Ambience in 3 stars, Outside because of the idyllic location 4 stars.... In an early evening we drive to the premises of the restaurant “Zum Moorteich, Parking on one of the few still free parking spaces and tell us that it can actually be just a good sign if many people have found themselves in this rather remote corner of Scharbeutz for food. We enter the premises where the premises have the right word, because with regard to the eye we see tables and chairs of light wood, rustic, rural. Half-high partitions take the room, an older farm Gasthof is our first impression. Our second impression: What about everything in the world? I listened to my friend: “I will cut the air here, will we sit outside?” I hardly finished the sentence, an operation appears, asking if it can be helpful. Yes, we want to eat something; is it possible that we eat outside? You can remember that outside is quite sulphide and pressing, but we do not let ourselves go and take a place on a large terrace under a parasol at high summer temperatures. The terrace has come in the years, with little effort could You make a paradise here – before my inner eye I see what this situation has. The decision for the terrace was in any case correct: the view falls on the dark moor pond, covered with sea roses and a forested height. A deer approaches and branches, a frog concert offers the musical background. Idyll in. It's something special. We wait 10 minutes on the menu, order two glasses of white wine at 4,50 € and a large bottle of still water at 5,50 €. The card is lovingly designed, cheerfully colorful, with small anecdotes and jokes. For dinner there are hearty, delict, regional cuisine, plenty of meat, fish, salads, soups, vegetarians. Once a week is grill. Due to the heat we choose light food: vegetable dish. However, we are undecided whether we should choose the small up to €12.50 or the big one. After another 20 minutes waiting time, the service comes to us, which we still sit on the terrace and flash into the sunsets, while the restaurant is full of roughness. It brings wine and water to which we have waited with increasing impatience in the face of the heat. She apologises for the long waiting period, picks up the order and advises us in the small part, as she – in her opinion – is very large. After 20 minutes, the plates are served: ui, how do the big plates look?! The herbal sugar beet, peas, carrots, princely beans, mushrooms, leek, broccoli, cauliflower, cauliflower, rose cabbage, 1 delicious tomatoes with cheese is boiled to the point, but tastes despite sauce Hollandaise 'a Bisserl fad', so completely without herbs, not even a small parsley was donated. Röstitaler is placed in a bowl. We both believe that we could make this more interesting and more beautiful both visually and tastefully. The fair is not equal to the class – what are these enormous quantities?! I can do half the huge “small” part, my girlfriend is already after a third. Shame on the vegetables! Conclusion: On the terrace it was wonderfully relaxing, the smell surrounding the entire property in the evening, however, was sometimes a bit disturbing as we did not identify. The service was very nice, but overwhelmed by the urge and the food... nix Dolles, but I will certainly visit the restaurant again and choose another dish - up-date will follow if necessary."

"Even personally reserved a dedicated table 3 days in advance, at the time of dinner we were assigned to another (horrible) table near the crowded area directly at the entrance (where left and meet upcoming guests) without giving a pre-consultation, even they had our phone number. Your comment was only: There was no other solution. Very disappointing. We didn't stay and went immediately. Daniela"

"Meine Freundin und ich essen des Öfteren im Rosario, da meine Freundin ein großer Pizzafan ist. Ich dagegen nicht so sehr, doch im Rosario esse ich dann auch eine Pizza. Wir finden sie sehr lecker. Als es mal eine kleine Beanstandung gab, wurde vom Service gleich reagiert. So sollte es sein. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Strand..wunderbar.."

"Very nice staff. The food tasted good and was fair from the price. Especially positive - there are "real" child shares for about 4€. For our 3-7 years old children were all rich and tasted all children. In almost all other restaurants there were always “child portions” for 8€ or more."

"Good quality, generous portions. ten times better as the Gosch in Timmendorfer Strand (where I stayed), which is not to be recommended. Scharbeutz is typical Gosch: quality, quality and a friendly atmosphere. None of these is applicable to the branch in Timmendorf (too small, crowded, everything in a hurry, unfriendly staff)."
