"Always an amazing experience here. Seafood is so fresh, the shells are perfectly fried, not oily or greasy at all. The prices are also really good, so you get a lot of food for a really good value. We came all the way from NYC to get it and I came here at least 3 times a year."

"Has several levels with different music after 10 o'clock. the bartender down was amazing! the chicken and Fajita cow tacos were delicious! at the end of the night they decided to kick my group of friends first, although we had about 6 minutes technically until they closed. when we left, we realized that they didn't leave anyone anymore. overall good experience, but the last actions to end the night were very skeptical. they have also double loaded my card."

"First time at Barge 295 on 8/7/21 I didn't get a chance to actually go into the restaurant part but I was out where the stage and live music played. The outside stage was great and the sound was awesome. Plenty of picnic tables and regular tables with chairs available for hanging out and all set up to have a decent view of the stage. One bar off to the side. The only thing I noticed was that there wasn't any kind of server working the table area. I was there over an hour and no one came by to see if I needed anything. Not sure if this is how it usually goes but it was fine as I wasn't drinking anyway but I found it odd. All in all still a decent experience and I'm sure with different shows there is fun to be had."

"I sometimes come to this bar. When I came here for the last time, the bartender (Kelsey) thought I was drunk (maybe because I was sweating from outside in the heat) and said I should have water first before serving me alcohol. I wasn't intoxicated at all, but I didn't want to argue and take the glass of water. After drinking water and asking for a beer several times, she finally said that she refused to serve me an alcohol. There were people who were clearly intoxicated to whom she served, but she wouldn't serve me who was sober."

"Come for 8 years or so when you're in town and stay with Hilton NASA. I'm going to the place as I'm a boater, her food really very good and moderately cheap. Only this week has the filled red fish that was fantastic. Haistiche, a house salad that was huge, a few beers and under $30. The view is to die for and large outdoor and indoor seats with a huge bar and large servers. Have you recommended with the boat as well as several times as well as with lots of dock space so much if you have not been here! I am from Atlanta and Clear Lake has become my second home and at least one night from each trip, must go to Sams"
