"I drove almost 4 hours and arrived after 1am, went to check in and was told by the lady at the front desk that check ins for the night are closed and they are not open 24 hours. I did not realize this as I booked the day-of online on Expedia just trying to find somewhere to stay last minute so I could visit someone in the hospital. If that is the policy then I get it, but I check in well after midnight frequently at other hotels and never have a problem. If that 's the case they should call the customer who has already paid and let them know, or allow them a refund. Thankfully, after I plead with her, she did allow me to stay in the room I had already paid for, but I overheard someone on the phone in the lobby the next day who sounded like she had the same thing happen to her and she wasn 't as lucky.The room was outdated and dirty. The carpet was all stained and the furniture was all torn up like a jaguar was in there. They didn 't even provide soap of any kind in the bathroom for washing my hands! Not even a bar of soap! I couldn 't believe it. And there was no way of purchasing any snacks or water because the gift shop was closed . They didn 't even have a vending machine or anything. So I had to go to the gas station across the street. When I laid down to sleep at about 3am finally, a guy in another room was yelling loudly. When I checked out, the receptionist couldn 't even give me a printed receipt and said I had to go through Expedia to get one... terrible experience."

"The coconut cream pie is the best I've ever had! We bought a pie flight (4 slices) for $25. The others were peach/blackberry crumble, strawberry lemon, and French silk. All were delicious and worth the price."

"I was really looking forward to having this be one of our go to restaurants, but as of now I don?t think it will be? We went at a time when the staff far out numbered the guests, so I was expecting service to be pretty decent. Our server came over pretty quickly (YES! took our drink order and then we waited, and waited some more. He came back to let us know the first, and second request, of beer they offered they were out of (okay that happens ? then we waited some more,and some more? I noticed that a couple who came after us got their drinks and then food, while we still were still waiting. Finally we got our drinks, and shortly after that the food. Positive note the green bean appetizer with dippingsauce was amazing, and the food was good, just really weird service? I will definitely try it again to see if it was one time thing, but for now I was under impressed."

"I love coming here with my family and to work. My favorite here is the pancakes and of course all the pastries. The latte with vanilla syrup is my go to coffee. They also have water available that is always nice and cold. The building is very spacious if you come in with a large party. I recommend going early to get good parking and seating."

"So tonight our soccer team Caravan FC had our season opener against Sheriff FC and lost 1-0 but after the game we decided to go to Ruz Bukhari grill to see some old friends and enjoy some great food. Man!!!! We felt like winner ? leaving that place!!! ???The service -It was outstanding, world class, and upscale to the highest degreeThe atmosphere-It was an amazing place to be with the best people to be aroundThe Food -Coming from a chef that has been involved with cuisines from all over the world and over 15 years of culinary experience, I have to say it was top shelf quality and taste.
