"This place is an introverts dream. You walk in and there are tablets to place your order on and water is self served. When your food is ready they just call out your order number or name and that's all the human contact really required. I had planned on getting the salmon bowl, but I didn't see it on the menu when I was ordering. Due to this, I ordered the Beef Bulgogi Rice Bowl with a strawberry lemonade. The rice bowl was great and the foods presentation looked great as well! The flavors were excellent and I would recommend stirring everything together before eating so you're not stuck just eating rice when you get to the end. The lemonade was super sweet. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, so I wasn't a big fan of it. I actually ended up adding some water to it to be able to drink it. The experience was great and they have condiments and utensils near the pick up window so you can get everything you need. I'll definitely be going back to try more!"

"The fish was fresh and delicious and could earn a 5 star review on it's own, but I'll explain the things that brought the stars down. We are fans of the Friday Fish Frys back East, so when we recently learned Culver's had a fish dinner we thought it would be worth a try. The fish was delicious, though it doesn't hold a candle to the beer battered haddock back East. I still would give the fish 5 stars. One thing that lowered my rating may seem small, but I had studied the dinner out and had expectations it would be as advertised on the website. The website advertised a fresh warm/hot roll with butter. Unfortunately, the roll was hard and cold AND we were not given any butter. We asked about this on our way out and we're told they had butter, but must have forgotten to give it to us even though it was on our delivery slip, but they said they don't warm the rolls. Cold old rolls are not a good accent to this dinner. This withbthe delicious fish would have earned a 4 star review. However, it is a 3 star review because the floor and many tables were dirty with food, wrappers, trash... I had to brush the food off the booth seat we chose to sit at after we passed by several dirty tabletops, even though it wasn't too busy as we came in before 5 p.m. Cleanliness or the lack there of, weighs a lot on a customer review. While I understand many establishments are short staffed, keeping things clean should not fall to the bottom of the list."

"Ordered boneless wings, was served sliced up grilled chicken breast. I felt deceived. A pretty small meal for the price. That being said, I did enjoy the chicken and especially the sauces. Hair on my carrot as other have reported. Service was suuuuper slow. Only one person working the floor. She was great, just a matter of being understaffed. Out the door for $18 for a chicken breast and water. Don't plan on returning."

"Update: Olive Garden reached me this situation and her customer service was very friendly and helpful. They reacted quickly and appropriately and helped me to have a more pleasant experience for future visits. Original-Post: Not a great experience with this place. Our waitress didn't stop almost enough, so we ran out of water and bread sticks and couldn't ask anymore because she wasn't there. She also did not write my meal so it was never done and I ended it because it took her so long to stop again and from the time she had stopped, we had to go. We had also asked about Dessert and she would have clearly forgotten it, but we were there for a while and we didn't want to wait for them to do that for a while. Very disappointed."
