"What a great find! I only spent one night but will definitely be back. Great location, could walk to everything in town and lots of good places to eat close by. Loved the staff especially Miles at check in and out; what a lovely guy and had local recommendations that were spot on. Great 1960's motel, enjoyed walking around the grounds and sitting amid the trees looking at the views. My room was comfortable and spacious. Good to have a fridge and a microwave, a table and chairs at the picture window. My bed was so comfortable and the shower had plenty hot water. Yes, this is an older property that the new owners are trying their best to update. It was built in the 1960's and so some features are outdated. But it's such a lovely property, I'm so glad I found it."

"Best frozen yogurt. They always turn aromas there so often, so there is always a new taste to try. You also have milk free frozen yogurt, and you can get out your own topping. Everyone is nice and friendly. Defiantly would recommend stopping here if you were a local or just over."

"Stopped in on a Wednesday at 6p with a co-worker. Parking is very limited outside. They seat more inside than they have parking spots outside. We were greeted immediately at the door and the only space they had available were seats at the bar as the place was very busy. I ordered the 5 star burger with a ceaser side salad. My co-worker ordered the crispy chicken bowl, which came out as a crispy chicken salad. My side salad was kinda disappointing as were the cold fries. However the burger, cooked to order, on a specialty bun, with fresh crumbled cheese and bacon was excellent. Overall the inside decor is nice, the speed was a little slow, but they were full to capacity so that's understandable. The price was a touch high and the non burger food we ate was average at best. However the place is called 5 star burgers and man are their burgers good. I would definitely eat here again, I just wouldn't order a salad next time."

"Currently, the five star rating is only available to fully vegan or vegetarian restaurants. What a pity! The food here is as good as any Chinese restaurant in San Francisco’s Chinatown. The vegan options are varied and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, knows what “vegan” means, and are attentive. We had the eight treasures vegetables which were outstanding and included baby corn and other exotic vegetables like water chestnuts. We also had vegan orange chicken which was just amazing made with shiitake instead of fake meat."

"Had a sub-par experience here. The food was okay, a bit bland to be honest and the portions were small for the price. No salt/pepper or anything else on the tables, and we never saw our server after he dropped the food off. Server also completely forgot our chips and guac. Patio was nice but not worth the price for the poor service and mediocre food."

"Don't miss this food truck when you're in Taos. An unforgettable breakfast Burrito with chorizo. Perfectly designed and easy to keep and eat properly. The Burrito is very generous and was large enough to share for a light breakfast. The spices and aromas were excellent. Fresh ingredients. Sweet, friendly staff. Update: I ate here a year later, and it's still great. Consistent!"
