"Asked for french fries but was told the only person who can make them was late that day so no. My flight was delayed for 2 hours and in that time this person had still not shown up so no french fries. The food I did have wasn't great."

"We wanted to try something new for my spouses birthday so we decided on Bavarian Inn, and wow! Was it ever a great choice. It's quite the fine dining establishment! Each dish was exquisite and cook to perfection. When our wonderful server found out we were there for a birthday she brought out a piece of cake with a candle. (The best Black Forest cake we've ever had)! I would highly recommend this restaurant, it is well worth every dollar."

"Was there yesterday with friend the new takeout bags have weak handles. My bowl had to be made again reluctantly and when we got back the chicken was missing. Still was good though."

"Hi tyson, i wanted to thank you for the help this year with the snow! Really appreciate it. I enjoy the food at the mumfords pub and grill. I have been there about 12 times now and only had issues twice. The first issue was a half raw burger. When i asked the server about the problem they simply told me thats how they cook the food. To be honest i havent seen a medium rare burger before. I didnt eat the burger or fries and was forced to pay. 100% servers fault. And we had a few drinks that were extremely too strong like holy lol other than this i enjoy the pub for a nice burger and a drink. A little loud sometimes so pick your days."

"I’ve already written elsewhere about how White Spot has become a BC institution, known for their award-winning burgers (even getting a mention in Van City Buzz a few years ago) and Pirate Packs, so I won’t re-iterate that point here. In regard to White Spot generally, I think it is enough to say that, as far as family restaurants go, they’re pretty much near the top in terms of quality, customer service and reliability. The Terrace location is a fine example.First, a little bit of history. This isn’t the first time White Spot has been in Terrace. In fact, it has been here at least once before – in this exact location. However, in its previous incarnation, the hotel it was attached to was the Coast Hotel (now the Days Inn.) The White Spot shut down a number of years ago for whatever reason, but returned earlier this year. I, for one, couldn’t be more pleased because, let’s be honest, in terms of family restaurants, Terrace doesn’t have much. There’s Denny’s, but they’re terrible. And then there are a couple of pizza places. That’s it! So, White Spot; or, rather, the return of White Spot, helps to fill a void in the Terrace food scene. Welcome back!Now, as I mentioned above, the Terrace White Spot is an exemplary example of customer service. I say this because on our initial visit we were in a bit of a rush – we had to get to the airport in fairly short order. Recognizing that we’d probably run short on time, we called the White Spot and phoned in our order so that it would be ready (or at least close to ready) by the time we arrived at the establishment. The folks who answered the phone were more than accommodating – taking our order and confirming that, yes, it would be ready shortly after our arrival. We weren’t disappointed: We received our drinks and appetizers immediately upon being seated and only had to wait about ten minutes to receive the rest of our order: chicken pot pie, spaghetti and meat balls, turkey dinner and fish "
