"Very nice reunion for 9 of us to celebrate a 70th Birthday. We were allowed to bring in decorations. The food was excellent with decent portions. We could bring our wine and beer. The service was good but we felt sorry for our server who looked over tired and could not bear a smile. Just a little help would have been appropriate. But everything went smoothly and we will return."

"As I had a problem with my lasagna and our waitress never came back to ask us if everything was right. we try to draw attention without succes, I ended up eating against heart. Lasagna almost no sauce , more cheese than very dry sauce . when finally the waitress came to serve us we told her our discontent she answered me that it was overflowed and that it would give nothing to tell the cuisto, yet for other customers it would be important that they pay attention . finally we paid in full by notifying our disappointment and we have left for me more ever"

"Contrary to other reviewers we had a good experience lunching at this restaurant. The service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was crowded, and the service was friendly. We had a great moule mariniere and ok Tilapia fish. Just dont expect a gourmet restaurant, it 's a cafe-restaurant after all and sitting on the terrace overlooking the Isle-des-Moulins under the summer sun is a delightful experience."

"My wife and I were eaten at this restaurant on a Saturday night with 2 other couples. our reservation (and yes you have to book) was for 7:30 pm. We arrived ten minutes in advance, we were immediately welcomed and we were told that the table would be ready on time. It must be said that the restaurant was complete and there were people waiting outside.Two minutes before the time a waitress came to pick us up and placed us at our table. the table was quite spacious for us six and the comfortable chairs without too much poured into luxury. We were quickly served with water and were asked if we wanted what to drink and served the wine and beverages card. After making our choices of drinks we were given the menus. the offer is varied and there are for all tastes. We made our selection and immediately the waitress took our order. We've been served with butter-breads waiting for our meals. These breads are excellent, they were very fresh and delicious. After a reasonable waiting time we were served our meals. all looked happy to the extent of the dishes. I took the special of the day that consisted of a vegetable soup, a salmon served on a white sauce with what seemed to me to be pesto and a Queen Elizabeth cake. I didn't expect much of the vegetable soup and I was pleasantly surprised by the exquisite taste of it. the salmon was cooked to perfection as it should be cooked to delight from its tender flesh. The sauce that accompanied her was perfect and a good consistency. She didn't look at the taste of the salmon but raised it. For the cake it was the best Elizabeth queen cake I ate in my life. My wife took the carbonara spaghetti and she liked it. The plate was generous and I even had the right to have some. He was excellent. The people we spent there took some fried squid (Excellent), shrimp (who loved), a cute little net skewer (very good) and other things that I don't remember if they told me that it was very good.Bef it was my first visit to this place and not my last. I'm gonna go back because it's one of my favorite restaurants. In short, very clean restaurants with excellent reception and very good service. food is excellent and generous plates. A real nice discovery. Claude gagnon"
